Jiz jsem v tomto hotelu pobyvala,takze jsem vedela a všech kladech tohoto ubytování.Perfektni recepční,služby,čistota.Lokace hotelu je naprosto vyjímečná,Karluv most,Kralovska cesta,Hrad,Kampa atd atd,všechny nejkrasnější pamatky na dosah.Na Malostrans.namesti dulezite tramvajove spoje a stanice metra Malostranska blizko

Cozy apartment in the heart of Prague
Pros:

The location was amazing; literally a 10 min walk to Prague Castle and about 5 to Charles Bridge. The apartment was cute and had everything we needed. The apartments are situated inside a courtyard, so you're shielded away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. The female receptionist was incredibly lovely and helpful. :-)

Cons:

The male receptionist seemed quite passive. Some of his comments and remarks came across rude. Thankfully we only had to deal with him upon checking in, and for the remainder of our stay we always ran into the lovely female receptionist instead.

Apartamento cómodo, limpio y bien equipado. Dispone del menaje necesario para preparar un desayuno o cena.

Cons:

No hay persianas, solo cortinas. Las personas a las que les moleste la luz cuando amanece deberían venir provistas de un antifaz.

Pros:

Localização excelente: bem de frente pra Igreja de São Nicolau da Mala Strana (não é a do centro histórico), pertinho da ponte Carlos e de ótimos cafés e restaurantes. Também tem um ponto de bonde/ônibus muito perto.
Apartamento gigante, com quarta, cozinha, sala com sofá-cama. Estávamos em duas pessoas, mas caberiam 5 pessoas confortavelmente.
Bem equipado com frigobar, cafeteira, fogão, máquina de lavar.
Roupa de cama e banho boas também.
O pessoal da recepção também é muito simpático e solícito.
A recepção não funciona 24h. Nós chegamos após o fechamento da recepção, mas recebemos todas as orientações certinhas para a entrada via box code com antecedência.

Cons:

Único problema é que pro primeiro andar é escada e tivemos que subir com as malas. E a escada é meio íngreme. Para outros andares vimos que tinha elevador.
Outro ponto é que o quarto tem somente ventiladores (2). Sentimos falta de um ar condicionado para as noites mais quentes.

Good enough for a few days
Pros:

Great location. You are seconds from Charles Bridge. Plenty of restaurants around. The property itself is big has great views of the Prague Castle. It’s clean too.

Cons:

I’d say it’s a bit old. For long term stay it’s not ideal it’s more of a hotel styled property- can’t really cook there, there’s no washing machine etc.

Great location. Big, light, airy and very comfortable room. Very clean and quality cotton bedding. Very helpful staff - directions, recommendations. Martin and Tsia are bright spots. Will gladly recommend to friends.

Pretty location, spacious rooms

Cons:

Construction work on the stairs during our stay, but if it needs doing it needs doing.

Super touristy area so all nearby restaurants are overpriced.

Lovely apartment, amazing location
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the Golden Crowns apartment. The place was cozy, clean and very quiet despite being on such a busy area. Great location! Also it was equipped with everything that we needed. The service provided by the staff was perfect !

Cons:

Our room was not on the photos and maybe an Iron could be a nice addition:)
