Un posto strategico per visitare Praga e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

della struttura ci è piaciuto tutto ma proprio tutto, la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il centro, ci si trova e 5 minuti dal ponte Carlo. A 2 minuti si trova una fermata del tram che puo essere una valida alernativa per chi non vuola camminare molto, tenete presente che alla torre dell'orologio ci si arriva in 15/20 minuti.
Stanza pulita, silenziosa, comodissima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito sia il giorno di arrivo che quello della partenza. Staff molto cordiale e prodigo di consigli. Subito accanto alla location sulla via ci sono diversi ristoranti. Inoltre per noi Italiani in bagno è presente il bidet, che all'estero non è cosi scontato, angolo cottura e cialde del caffè offerte. Un posto che riprenoteri sicuramente se torno a Praga.

Nulla, non abbiamo trovato nulla che non ci sia piaciuto, nemmeno se ci sforziamo per voler trovare qualcosa

Noisy at night and early in the morning. Great location.
Pros:

The location is what you need to reach all the touristic places in Prague on foot.

Cons:

It was hot, so we slept on open windows and the street repairs start on 6.30 even on Saturday.... The blankets were too hot even for open windows, so you get cold in the end sleeping without them.
Imagine the noise in the summer /no air condition/.

Aanrader, maar niet dit specifieke apartement!
Pros:

De locatie is perfect, in een gezellig en veilig stukje, vlakbij de tram. Vanuit ons raam konden we het dak van de kerk zien. Het gebouw is sfeervol: je gaat via een soort binnenplaats naar je apartement. Er is een lift die met een sleutel werkt, maar dat is totaal niet ingewikkeld. De optie voor bagage opslag is handig. Totaal geen last van geluid van de stad gehad. De kamer is zeer compleet met vaatwasmachine + vaatwastabletten, wasmachine + wasmiddel, en olie om te koken. Het bed was comfortabel (iets te zacht naar mijn smaak). De inrichting is gezellig. De tv heeft een Google afstandsbediening waardoor je makkelijk streaming diensten kan openen. Ik zou hier weer heen gaan, maar absoluut niet in het appartement wat we nu hadden.

Cons:

Het appartement was op de zolder, wat er erg cool uitzag maar niet praktisch was. Er liepen steunbalken over de vloer en plafond was schuin. Hierdoor moest je een afstapje af om in bed te komen, en zat er een balk tussen het bed en het keuken gedeelte. De bank wijst naar het bed, niet naar de tv. We hebben dit geprobeerd iets te verschuiven maar dit kon niet ivm de balken op de vloer. Hierbij kwam wel stof en een oude envelop vrij. In bed kan je niet goed rechtop zitten ivm het dak. Ik moest het licht in de badkamer 's nachts aanhouden om in het donker de trapjes en balken te kunnen zien op weg naar de badkamer. Maar wat uiteindelijk het meeste tegenviel was de badkamer. Het toilet is op ingang hoogte, maar de badkuip en wasbak twee treden lager. Daarnaast staat het bad en douche onder het schuine dak. Wij zijn niet lang (onder 175 cm) maar konden niet rechtop staan onder de douche. We kwamen ongeveer 10-15 cm ruimte te kort. Iemand wat langer dan ons had helemaal niet kunnen douchen.

Top Lage
Pros:

Perfekte Lage zur Erkundung der Prager Altstadt.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind Mangelware und eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus sorgte schon früh für Lärm.

Pros:

The reception staff were excellent. Location was fabulous in the old town and the apartment was spacious and quiet. We also loved that they did our washing of us free of charge as our apartment had no washing machine - this was great service.

Cons:

We would have appreciated an iron. The shower over the bath was very narrow.
