Cons:

The TV was not what most people would call a 'satellite' TV - only 1-2 English-speaking channels, no news, sport, etc. Not what you would expect of a supposed 5* hotel. No info was given about facilities on arrival. The tiny roof bar was shut when I went there.

Staff service made the hotel worth the money

Pros:

• The only positive aspect of this hotel is its good location.

Cons:

Standard & Service: The decor and overall service come nowhere close to justifying a 5-star rating.
• Breakfast: Extremely poor and basic. It is unacceptable that only one person is handling the service for the entire breakfast area. I highly recommend skipping it and eating at one of the nearby bars instead.
• Room & Privacy: Even though we requested a larger room, it was still very small. The biggest flaw is the open-concept bathroom, meaning you have absolutely zero privacy.
• Soundproofing: Terrible. You can literally hear every single person walking down the hallway or talking in the adjacent room.
• Pool: What they advertise as a pool is actually just a slightly oversized, and very dirty, bathtub. The entire pool area is completely useless and poorly maintained.
• Technology: It is 2026, and in a self-proclaimed 5-star hotel, the TV doesn't even have a YouTube app. This speaks volumes about their lack of modern standards and care for guest comfort.
Conclusion: I definitely do not recommend this place. For the price and the advertised luxury, the service and accommodations must be on a drastically higher level

no momento do check in, enquanto estávamos na recepção falando com a pessoa do check in, um LADRÃO ROUBOU minha mala de mão que estava logo atras de mim. Dentro do hotel. Fui roubada enquanto eu fazia o check in, dentro do hotel. Isso foi verificado pelas câmeras de segurança do hotel, depois de irmos até a delegacia fazer um BO. Não não pediram sequer desculpas. E ainda temos o prejuízo de comprar de volta o que foi perdido -- um computador portátil, uma mala bastante cara, um casaco de inverno, entre outras coisas.
