El aire acondicionado no se puede ajustar, parece más una refrigeración. Hacía calor.
La ducha es una cabina un poco incómoda.
No pudimos entrar en la habitación hasta las 17 y se olvidaron de dejar las toallas, aunque las repusieron sin problema.

Mobiliario e instalaciones muy antiguas y la cabina de hidromasaje si no funciona mejor quitarla

O pavimento flutuante no quarto 209 pede substituição.

I booked this hotel whilst travelling from Fuerteventura to my home in France. I pulled off the motorway to reserve which I did and have to admit I didn't read all of the small print. I saw parking was available and expected that I would have to pay extra which was fine. I booked because I had a dog which was accepted and I did expect to pay a little extra for this. I called the hotel to double check about the dog and was told that this was fine and that the charge would be E15.00 which was fine. I had sent a message under special request however as I was alone and had pulled off the motorway and was keen to get back on the road I didn't wait for a response (which they sent) as I had called. IN the response which I didn't read until I had checked in they mentioned an extra charge for the dog for cleaning the room of E25.00!!!!!!!! this was in addition to what turned out to be E12.00 charge for the dog so the dog cost E37.00 to sleep on his own bed on the floor!! I paid less than E80.00 what a Rip Off!! Never in all my years of working in hotel, staying in hotels and running my own accommodation have I been charged extra for cleaning (unless the dog had an accident of some kind and the room needed extra cleaning) What was the E12.00 charge for if there was an extra E25.00 to pay. When I realised I said I didn't want to stay I had not soiled anything in the room and offered to check out if they refunded the payments which they refused to do. I asked to see the manager and was told they wouldn't be in until the following morning so I said I wanted to see them the following morning. The hotel had no facilities they provided a useless gift for the dog of a ball (no garden) Pooh Bags (no Garden) and disposable dog bowl which I had my own. I want to write more as the saga continued but not enough words allowed. See pictures of some of the dirt found and they had audacity to ask for E25.00 to clean up after my very clean dog!!

Vamos, me pareció casi una estafa . Habitación fea, vieja , camas incómodas, vamos que pagué casi 100 euros solo por dormir y se ve que dijeron, pues a estos los metemos ahí , fatal vamos .Me guié por comentarios y desde luego no sé a qué hotel irían porque desde luego buen chasco me llevé

Climatisation faible voire défaillante

Une petite chambre avec une petite fenêtre, comme une buanderie. L'ascenseur derrière le mur fait du bruit toute la journée et j'y passe la nuit. Impossible de dormir, on entend le moindre bruit depuis le couloir. Le bar complet est en supplément. L'eau est incluse dans le prix, dans une petite poche – on est en Espagne en été 🤷‍♀️ Mais le pire, c'est le café – il faut le laver. On a payé 37 € pour un chien de 2 kg. Les photos laissaient penser le contraire, la réalité est tout autre. Heureusement que ce n'était que pour une nuit. Sinon, mes vacances auraient été gâchées. Il faut descendre au garage par ascenseur. Mais il n'y avait aucune indication signalant le manque de places, voire l'absence totale de places.

Apenas um pequeno susto no elevador, onde depois sugeriram apenas irem 4 pessoas mesmo o elevador dizendo que podem ir seis - devia ter um aviso no elevador sobre isso

Creo que le sobra alguna estrella por las instalaciones por ej en nuestra habitación la puerta de la terraza no cerraba bien, se abría continuamente y por ello se paraba el aire acondicionado,en plena ola de calor en la ciudad.
La ducha era una cabina de sauna de plástico acoplada en el baño, pequeña, con mil botones imposible de entender, en fin, impropio de un hotel 4 estrellas.

Las vistas desde mi habitación, uno en Salamanca se embriaga con tanta belleza y ver algo han feo cuando abres la ventana es chocante..en fin, algo que no puede evitar el hotel.
