Excellent location for Lincoln castle event.
The room is large with a small kitchenette that we didn’t use but appears well equipped.
There is an outdoor table and chairs for each room.
Tea and coffee provided in the room.
Nice & quiet.
We were hoping to go down to the cafe below for breakfast but it didn’t open until 10.00 . There are plenty of nice cafes around the area that do breakfast.
The metal stairs up to the rooms would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Cracking location, comfortable rooms. Only slight disappointment was unable to have breakfast as had to be away for an early train. Excellent place to stay.

Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, close to the cathedral and castle and cosy pubs with good food. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is a special place.
We loved every thing about it. It was a bit of a hike from the car park, up the hill in hot weather, but this is no fault of the hotel.
Beautiful accommodation in a top spot in Lincoln at the top of steep hill. The veranda was an unexpected bonus particularly since the weather was for once in British history lovely. Could not recommend this accommodations enough it's a little gem in the heart of Lincoln I'm so pleased I found it. Will most definitely stay again hopefully for longer!
