They gave away the room i paid for to someone else and i didn’t get the view that i paid for and they didn’t do anything to help with the situation or even give me a refund. Also their staff target men who check-in alone. They brought a prostitute to my room at midnight and claimed that i had ordered for one yet i had had no contact with her or the property about getting one. I challenged them to show me evidence of me calling or texting them asking for a prostitute but they had no answer. I later found out that it’s a well arranged plan by the staff at English pointe Marina to scam people. Surprisingly no one from from the hotel management has contacted me since then to apologize for the incident which happened twice during the two nights i spent there

Pros:

The view from the swimming pool and the gym

Cons:

Old towels and the beach is shitty. We had the same foods for breakfast (with minimal choices)for three days. We wanted a room with a view so we just booked on booking.com and texted the hotel to inquire if we would get one with a pool or sea view but they replied after one week and they couldn't allow us to change rooms. We were so disappointed, the rooms are not worthy the price.

It was my second time to stay with you and i would return and still stay at the penthouse.
Pros:

I loved that the hotel upgraded us to the Penthouse. The room was spacious and amazing. It could accommodate us all comfortably. I loved the fact that room service is free, it was a pleasant surprise. The view was to die for.

Cons:

We wanted to use the Jaccuzzi and no one knew how to operate it.

Pros:

Location. Didn't use the the gym and pool this time due to a short stay. But 6 months ago the pool needed maintenance, it was had a lot of broken tiles and exposed sharp concrete.

Cons:

The safe was not working well and was not mounted to the wall.

Pros:

Nice location, good restaurants

Cons:

No hot water in the room - got slightly warm in the evening. Cold again in the morning.
This is not acceptable for a +$200 room
Rooms have parking view, with noise early morning

Pros:

The property is nice, the room is spacious, the pool is nice and the area around is very quiet

Cons:

Customer service is virtually inexistent. My fridge door did not close and the freezer did not work. I called Reception seven times to send somebody and they said they would but nobody ever showed up. I had medication that requires chilling, which unfortunately got bad.
