Pros:

The room was big, clean and comfortable, all ok

Cons:

room service was very bad. As the Qr didnt work at the room I requested a menu. After one hour waiting i made my order and take one hour more get the dinner.

Great but not as luxurious as the price
Pros:

1. The ambience
2. The location
3. The kitchen staff
4. The food

Cons:

1. The air conditioning is stuck at 25, even if on the central control in the room it shows 18.
2. Some parts of the hotel have a stench like the elevator
3. The hot water only appeared once during the stay even after leaving the tap running for long as they advise. There is no hot water in the morning
4. Some apartments have very old and warn out toilet mirrors and taps

Cons:

We did not have hot water in room A101, but due to the hot weather in general, it was not so critical. Still, we would like to have the option of choosing :)

The room offered was too big too much space it was a very welcome suprise.
