Pros:

Location. Didn't use the the gym and pool this time due to a short stay. But 6 months ago the pool needed maintenance, it was had a lot of broken tiles and exposed sharp concrete.

Cons:

The safe was not working well and was not mounted to the wall.

Happy, but I won't go again

Overall, I got the rest I went looking for there
Pros:

The spa and the gym were amazing. The breakfast needs more protein

Pros:

Nice location, good restaurants

Cons:

No hot water in the room - got slightly warm in the evening. Cold again in the morning.
This is not acceptable for a +$200 room
Rooms have parking view, with noise early morning

They ruined it with their bad customer support
Pros:

The property is nice, the room is spacious, the pool is nice and the area around is very quiet

Cons:

Customer service is virtually inexistent. My fridge door did not close and the freezer did not work. I called Reception seven times to send somebody and they said they would but nobody ever showed up. I had medication that requires chilling, which unfortunately got bad.

The room was big, clean and comfortable, all ok

Cons:

room service was very bad. As the Qr didnt work at the room I requested a menu. After one hour waiting i made my order and take one hour more get the dinner.
