Pros:

The property is located well with cafes, restaurants and different food options for all. Good suggestion is Black Forest cafe. The staff were friendly and nice meeting all ours needs.

In regards to the room, the beds are comfy and provide 2 pillows. The bed linen was clean too.

Cons:

The photos of the rooms appears outdated. The room we stayed seems it requires some maintenance and more cleaning. After checking in there was dust and dirt on the bed side tables and places to store clothes.

The bathroom and toilet seem to have a build up of mold and again photos don’t represent the reality.

We found there was an abundance of cockroaches that were mainly in the bathroom but would come into the room. These were all sizes which after some googling suggests they’re breeding in the building. It was a daily task to remove them.

For the price, I would expect more.

Pros:

Fasilitas lengkap , ada promo laundry juga.. lumayan kalau menginap 2 malam.
Staff juga ramah banget 👍🏻👍🏻 banyak dibantu, thanks ya.
Malam pesan makan dan minum lewat room service, enaaak.
Next kalau ke Jogja, pasti nginep sini

Cons:

Sewaktu koridor rame, suara bisa kedengeran dari kamar, tapi gak masalah karena hanya sebentar, setelah itu senyap lagi.

The first room they put me in the air cond wasn't working, after a while the technician worked on it, it doesn't succeed, so I have to move to the different room, after I unpack my belonging. Enoying.

Velmi příjemný personál, výborné jídlo, úžasné drinky, recepce k dispozici nonstop, vstřícnost

Cons:

Ani jednu noc jsme se nevyspali, personál hotelu v noci uklízí, tak vas vzbudí vysavač, údržbář, nebo neukáznění hluční hosté, kteří v noci dělají neskutečný kravál. Brzy ráno se také nevyspíte, protože animační programy vám začnou řvát primo pod oknem. Měli jsme špinavé povlečení na posteli, nejsem si jistý, zda bylo prané. Koupelna taky nebyla moc čistá.
