არ მომეწონა, რომ როგორც Booking-ზე, ისე Google-ზე მითითებული აუზი რეალურად არ ფუნქციონირებდა და სავსე იყო ჭუჭყითა და ქვიშით. რომელსაც გადმოჰყურებს თითქმის ყველა ოთახი, აუზის მიმდებარე ტერიტორიიდან პერიოდულად მოდიოდა საწვავისა და სხვა გაურკვეველი წარმოშობის არასასიამოვნო სუნი, რაც ოთახებში აღიქმებოდა.
უარყოფითად შევაფასებდი სასტუმროს ზოგად მდგომარეობასაც შენობა, ეზო, ოთახები და ინვენტარი რომელიც აშკარად საჭიროებს მოვლასა და განახლებას. ასევე პრობლემურია საპარკინგე სივრცის არარსებობა, რის გამოც მცირე ეზოში მანქანების სიმრავლეს და ქაოსურ პარკირებას ჩემს მანქანაზე უკვალოდ არ ჩაუვლია ნაკაწრების სახით, ხოლო სასტუმროს გარეთ დაყენება დამატებითი ხარჯი და თავსატეხია.
ელექტროენერგიის ქალაქის მასშტაბით გათიშვის დროს სასტუმროს არ ჰქონდა საკმარისი სარეზერვო ენერგომომარაგება, თუნდაც ნომრების მინიმალური განათებისთვის.

სასტუმროს მთავარი უპირატესობა კი უდავოდ მისი მდებარეობა და განსაკუთრებით პერსონალია ყურადღებიანი, კეთილგანწყობილი და პროფესიონალი. 👏👏👏

Мы очень довольны отелем. Расположение отличное, перешел бульвар, и ты на пляже.

Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные. Зал, где проходят завтраки, очень красивый. Расположение отличное, перешел бульвар, и ты на пляже. Уборку делали и меняли белье и полотенца каждый день. При заселении по нашей просьбе поменяли номер (с 1 этажа на 3 этаж) без доплаты.

Location is great, in central part of Boulevard and historically was one of best hotels in Batumi

Cons:

The hotel stands for a long-time, needs massive renovation, Pool and SPAs were not working at all, even coffee was not available during breakfast

Overpriced, with much room for improvement.
Pros:

Great location, historic architecture and excellent breakfast

Cons:

Discomfort due to many details - not enough light in the room, overly warm blankets, dried out swimming pool, etc., etc.
Currently the hotel is not up to its potential. With better management it could be a luxury place.

Value for money was really poor.
Pros:

Location is excellent as close to beach and the old town.

Cons:

Really run down with no facilities open.
No pool , no spa, no bar.
Holes in roof, cockroach on floor and dated rooms.
Our door to the balcony didn’t lock so room wasn’t secure. Building is in need of some TLC weeds and overgrown plants around building.

Odaya girdiğimiz zaman kirli havlularla, kirli bardakla,, birçok izmaritin bulunduğu kül tablası, kullanılmış terlikler ve küvette kullanılmış şampuanlarla karşılaştık. Ayrıca klozetin etrafı idrar doluydu ve tam olarak temizlenmemişti. Televizyonda birkaç kanal var ve görüntü çok kötüydü, hiç net değildi. Elektronik kasa dolaptan sökülüydü ve çalışmıyordu. Klima çok kötü. Kahvaltı Rezalet olmakla birlikte çeşit hiç yok ve reçel gibi kullanılan markalar çok kötüydü. Banyodaki havlu askılığı kırıktı. Saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu. Bu otel çok eski. Balkon kapısı güçlükle kapanıyor. Giriş katında güvenlik göremedik. Rezervasyonu yaptıktan sonra bebek beşiği talep etmiştik fakat odamıza geldiğimiz zaman bebek beşiği yoktu. Birçok çalışan çok asık suratlı. Bu oteli kesinlikle hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Booking platformunun vizyonunu düşürecek bir otel.
