Pros:

Hotel bellissimo, con camere spaziose e con arredamento curato e di design. Spazi comuni di grande comfort, Colazione eccellente e staff gentilissimo e competente. Consigliatissimo!

Good place to stay in Melaka
Pros:

A very cosy and nice little hotel a bit away from the Old town. It is still walkable to City center except that the roads dont have a walking area and is dangerous to walk with the vehicles on the rood whizzing past very closely. But its not a big problem as Grab taxi is available at a relatively cheap price. The Hotel has an industrial look that sets it apart from other places in the vicinity. Room was a bit small to my liking but was nice with the industrial theme continuing in the room for the bed and room furniture. Bed was comfortable and the AC nice and cool to guarantee a good nights sleep. Fresh towels were provided everyday and the toiletries felt nice with a good smell.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit limited and perhaps some variety could be added. The dessert station including bread pudding was a big disappointment for me... can definitely be improved.

My biggest complaint however is about the breakfast buffet counter setup. All the food dishes are placed too high on a very tall counter. I could see many of the South East Asian folks and also kids struggling to reach the food. Hotel management should please take note and make the buffet food table shorter and accessible to people of all heights. The food was not refilled and many stations were empty around 9.30AM itself, though the breakfast closing time was at 10.30. But I did ask the staff for some of the dishes and was provided directly to my table.

Well spent
Pros:

The staffs were very friendly and helpful.
They assisted my needs very well.
The rooms was splendid
The breakfast was not bad, the casserole was awesome.
Bica&Co is a must visit.
My visit was during the school holidays, not so packed.

Cons:

Probably need more lighting in the rooms.
