Les chambres sont parfaites, spacieuses, très agréablement décorées, très propres, literie excellente, un vrai hôtel personnalisé avec une vraie identité. Le petit déjeûner est très convenable, le staff est efficace et réactif, je recommande vivement
l'emplacement ! il est excentré, mais avec grab on rejoint vite le centre ville.
Shift Manager Karti arranged for me to stay one more day (no more rooms elsewhere), which was supposed to be closed for renovation. The hotel made sure I was comfortable during the extra day as the only guest.

Parte das coisas estavam numa sala e outras coisas noutra sala. ninguém nos informou disso no 1º dia.
Pouca oferta e variedade.
O aspeto mais negativo foi termos encontrado cabelos nos lençóis da cama na 1ª noite.
Ligamos para a receção a reportar e a unica coisa que fizeram fou enviar o segurança com 2 novos lençóis para nós mudarmos (com ajuda do segurança). No dia seguinte não houve qualquer comentário nem preocupação da parte das pessoas da receção. Foi como nada se tivesse passado.
Falta de serviço ao cliente.
Nunca sentimos isso durante as nossas viagens pela Asia. As pessoas são sempre cuidadosas e preocupadas. mas aqui não sentimos isso. Infelizmente, pois o hotel é agradável.

Our stay was too short, the kids are upset they need to leave the wonderful hotel room; you may see the photos attached. They cried during checkout
Staff were great, aesthetic was cool with an industrial vibe
Was not particularly central with no shops or restaurants nearby, the room smelled of mould, the air conditioning in the room was not cold, the gym was a tiny room with barely any equipment, breakfast was quite disappointing and you had to pay extra for a barista coffee, there were no plugs for recharging your phone close to the bed.

Das Design ist ganz schön und das Personal am Empfang hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Das Frühstück war sehr schmal gehalten und für den Hotelstandard nicht ausreichend.
La decoración del hotel es extraordinaria, así como la amabilidad del equipo. El desayuno ha sido adecuado. Nos ha gustado mucho.
Pondría más fruta en el desayuno, ya que casi no hay, y ello teniendo en cuenta la gran variedad que tienen en Malasia.
