This was a terrible experience overall. The property was far below expectations—there was no electricity for long periods at night, the beds were in poor condition, we had mosquito issues, and even basic amenities (as promised under Olive Living) were not provided. We were also charged extra for basic things like drinking water, which is unacceptable given the condition of the stay.

Because of these issues, we had to leave after just one night, even though we had booked multiple nights. When we tried to check out, the manager was not available, and the staff was extremely unhelpful and unresponsive to our concerns.

We spent over 3 hours speaking with Booking.com support, clearly explaining that the room was not livable and requesting a refund for the remaining 3 nights. While they acknowledged our situation and agreed that the concerns were valid, they ultimately said they could not process any refund due to policy, which was extremely disappointing.

Overall, this was not just a poor hotel experience, but also a very frustrating and unhelpful support experience. Would not recommend.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great position for shopping and getting a feel of India. The area around the hotel is not fancy nor clean but it is a truer depiction of what India is like for most Indians. Close to commercial street , walking distance, it gives access to local stores for shopping. The staff is very welcome and helpful. My room was large and comfortable, I got the Delux option. As for cleanliness it is acceptable. Anything you need like extra towels and toiletries are provided free of charge if requested. The food in the downstairs restaurant is exceptional. I would skip getting breakfast here. Outside the hotel there is easy access to the local taxis that will bring you everywhere for very little. I would go back.

Pros:

Excellent property, staff are amazing and it also near to the commercial street of Banglore. Room are spacious and the food is also good. Will visit again the same property if Im in Banglore.

Never Stay Hotel. UTSE:
Pros:

Very poor service
No hygeine.
100'w of mosquitoes in Wash room and Stay area.
After 2bdays they put up the spray etc to make a video that they take care of customers which they don't.
The intercom doesn't work.
No worse place to stay.
I left my balance for a day and yet left the Hotel it is so bad.

Cons:

Mosquitoes, location, slums nearby and very very scary location.
Staff also very rude.
