Overall the place was excellent with excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly
Pros:

Mainly because of the staff were great . The location was great .

Cons:

The master bedroom did not have a dressing table and the toilet did not have a handheld bidet sprayer. Very important for us

Staycity poccadilly
Pros:

The location was very convenient very close to Piccadilly Station and the city centre. Accommodation was spacious and very quiet. We had everything we needed for comfort. We were able to check in early which was very helpful

Great place to stay very close to railway station . Good facilities. Friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the building felt secure .The rooms(bedroom, bathroom, living area) well equipped and clean. The aparthotel was very close to the railway station .

Cons:

these are minor points
Drawing the curtains in the bedroom was tricky as one side of the bed was very close to the wall .
Google instructions to walk to the hotel take you to the rear entrance through a less safe feeling area . As a solo female traveller this would not have been nice in the dark. An explanation on the website re the approach from the station would be good.

Very convenient location
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is so convenient when exploring the city, with the bus stops and train right there. The staff were kind to help us book a taxi for the airport for when we were going to leave.

the comfort of the pull out sofa could have been better

Staycity Aparthotel Piccadilly in Manchester exceeded our expectations and made our families stay truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a one-bedroom to a spacious two-bedroom apartment for our family with two children. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and added extra comfort to our stay.

The apartments was exceptionally spacious, modern, and spotless. Everything was well-maintained, and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing.

A special thank you goes to Detelin at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay. As a fellow Bulgarian, he made us feel especially welcome. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided assistance whenever we needed it, always with kindness and a positive attitude. His outstanding customer service truly stood out and contributed greatly to our positive experience.

Overall, everything was at a very high standard, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend Staycity Aparthotel Piccadilly to families and anyone visiting Manchester, and we would happily stay here again.
