Pros:

The fantastic location right next to piccadilly station. It was so convenient as we arrived by train and departed by train. Also free buses right in front.
Lots of eateries .
Great value .

Cons:

The dryer took a few cycles to get the clothes dry.

Extremely good value in a nice area, 3 min walk from Manchester Piccadelly.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. 3 min walk from the train station (don’t follow Google directions) in a nice area with lots of restaurants. We had a one bedroom plus living room. Having a kitchen was fantastic for the price.

Cons:

Could be the odd maintenance issue. Not with our room, but our family member’s room didn’t have working electrical sockets. Overheard another person also complaining about maintenance issues.
