Amazing massage with Mukesh who helped turn my hard-as-stone neck and shoulders into butter! Lovely calm environment.
We had previously stayed here last year and decided to rebook for a two night stay.
We arrived for check in early and no one helped with luggage from the car and as our room wasn’t ready went for lunch by Tower Bridge. We arrived back at hotel at 3pm to be told the room was still not ready. At 3.30pm room was ready. When we got to where the rooms were the corridor and rooms were heavily sprayed with air freshener. We were leaving at 5pm for an event in Kensington so quickly got unpacked and changed.
When we arrived back at midnight our room smelt of cigarettes and non of the windows opened due to pigeons. We requested to be moved.
After packing everything up we were moved to another room. The next morning after breakfast we were told by the duty manager that there was planned maintenance booked for the room we were in and we would need to move. We told her we wouldn’t be moving again after already moving once.
We will not be returning here again as we felt it fell short in five star service.
It’s amazing and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our third stay here and won’t be the last.
Rooms are stylish and impressive and food, both breakfast and dinner were first class.

We had a wonderful stay at The Lalit London. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.
The bedrooms are large, quiet, well maintained, and clean throughout.
The food was outstanding, and every meal was made even more enjoyable by the informative, attentive and genuinely friendly staff. A special mention to Ishwar, who was a fantastic host and made us feel extremely welcome.
The location is excellent and ideal for exploring London. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we would happily stay again. Highly recommended.
Location is great, the building itself is impressive, rooms are nice and spacious, température easy to adjust. Complementary minibar is a plus.
The sink in the bathroom is too small and too low - impossible to use. Would have been nice to get slippers in the room, especially for a 5-star hotel. The furniture is a bit worn in places.
Big room. Quality and clean throughout hotel. Friendly service. The hairdryer actually had the nozzle attachment lols (something my partner finds is often missing in many hotels).

The rooms are well appointed and very nice, quiet and clean and the bed and bedding are amazing, the most comfortable pillows and duvets etc. Great bathroom and shower.
The Indian food in the restaurant was fabulous.
Location close to Tower Bridge is great and the building is amazing.
I couldn't get a good signal on the wi-fi ended up using my phone to pair. Staff were generally nice but when I returned after a night out at midnight dressed in a smart suit, they treated me like I was about to rob the place, not nice.
The bar closed too early and I couldn't get a glass of wine to take to my room, 5* hotel should have some facility to be able to buy a drink after hours.
Parking was extortionate at £40 per night when you have already paid for a room I think that is excessive.
