Location - this is a great part of Town. Close to the Southbank and many tourist attractions, you’re also in an area where people live and work - there are so many great cafes, bars and pubs close by - the hotel is calm and quiet with a nice big shower.
Nothing - would stay again depending on the rate.
Nice property with character
Lift wasn’t working for the 3rd floor which became an issue when I was trying to leave. No in room dining beyond 10 PM which was really strange / esp as I had come in via a late night flight

The location was very close to Tower Bridge and to the Ivy Tower Bridge where we were attending a family party.
We could not hear any road traffic noise from our room.

The air conditioning unit was quiet and the room was not too warm.

We loved the walk in shower.
We didn’t feel that our room a “ a senior classroom” was up to 5* standard.
There were no easy chairs to relax in after a day out. There was only one chair for two of us and that chair was like a dining chair for use at the desk. In addition there was a backless ottoman which meant there was no support for your back.
The tv programmes were poor. We could not get any BBC programmes and neither could we get ITV1 . We expected more from a 5* hotel.
