The Maven Hotel at Dairy Block

Great location for Union Station - free coffee & cocktail was very nice. Super staff.

Friendly staff, food accommodations, stand alone tub, and overall cleanliness of the room.

The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was even more beautiful in person than the photos. Our room featured a huge soaking tub and gorgeous natural light. The bathroom was spacious, with a large walk-in shower, dual sinks separated by a chair, and a convenient vanity mirror.

The location couldn’t have been better—just a five-minute walk to Coors Field and steps from McGregor Square and the Dairy Block. The coffee shop was fantastic, and the complimentary drink tokens were a fun bonus. Be sure to grab the free churros—they’re worth it!

The only minor downside was that it could get a little noisy outside, and we could occasionally hear our neighbors. That said, I’m a light sleeper and still slept well, so it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff, location, and amenities. Bar downstairs was lovely and the drinks were great. I was in town for a concert with my best friend and the staff was incredibly accommodating giving us tips to navigate the city. Our room and view was amazing. Highly recommend!

The Maven is a great hotel. Their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room was unusually quiet at night. We had a great balcony that opened to Wazee street. It's close to restaurants, bars, and Union Station. Only one block to Coors Field. We will not hesitate to stay there again.

As a new mom, I had the most amazing girls trip. The staff and location was absolutely spectacular. Doricel truly went above and beyond with our room needs + making our stay perfect. Great location, drink tickets were nice, free coffee, walkable location. HIGHLY recommend!!

Great hotel with a modern vibe. Close to the action including baseball games and near concert venues in downtown Denver. Hotel employees are great and accommodating. Rooms lovely. Would return to the Hotel!

Came to visit Denver for a girl’s trip. The Maven Hotel was a perfect place to stay for a calm, relaxing, and convenient trip. It’s in the heart of downtown, ballpark area with restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. The hotel rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious, and designed well. We stayed in the master two queen room and the innovator’s suite queen room after being upgraded. Doricel and Janet was the front desk team that took care of us for 3 nights we were there. I would definitely stay at the Maven again thanks to their hospitality. If we needed anything, such as slippers, rug, accommodations on when to clean the rooms, they were more than willing. There’s also daily happy hour (for sure weekdays, can’t confirm for weekend) that serves craft cocktails. They are delicious. Taste like fresh ingredients were used versus artificially sweet or basic. They give out free churros 4-5 pm. There isn’t a pool, which is the downside but they do have a fully equipped gym with barbells and hip thrust pads. So you can stay on top of your gym routine. Overall, lovely stay!! The Maven was clean, with funky rooms. I had a swing in my room, which I did not expect. I didn't use it, but thought it was a fun little addition. It would have been nice to have another seating option in the room, but overall, it wasn't that big of a deal. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding!

I recently stayed here for a few days. While the hotel is in a great location and the staff are relatively nice, the housekeeping was a major disappointment.You have to explicitly request room cleaning every day. Even though we asked for daily service on our first night, they kept forgetting, and we had to remind the front desk every single day. When they finally came, the cleaning was very rushed and superficial-just making the bed carelessly and often forgetting to put liners in the trash cans.
A hotel should automatically clean rooms unless guests opt out. Having to beg for basic service every day lowers the hotel's prestige. It's a shame because the property has a lot of potential, but the management needs to fix this clunky system

The Maven is our favorite hotel in LoDo for several reasons:
- the rooms with balconies. Very few places offer outdoor seating off your room. The Maven has rooms with spacious balconies so that you can enjoy the outdoors and relax.
- the staff. The staff is always attentive and so friendly. They go out of their way to make the hotel experience an enjoyable one.
- location. The Maven's location in LoDo is walkable just about everywhere. Ball Arena, Coors Field, 16th Street Mall. It's so nice to park the car and just walk for a few days.

We will likely always stay at the Maven when we visit Denver. There is so much to love about it. Highly encourage it!

Had a great experience staff was very friendly, including Sydney & all the ladies at the front desk @ the front desk Jonas & Josh in valet were awesome as well. All the accommodations were very nice. Would highly recommend.

The hotel staff was so friendly! We love being able to stay at an independent hotel in Denver especially one that has sooooo much to offer! The room was beautiful; we loved to sit out on our balcony in the mornings and evenings. And the food and drink options at the hotel and within walking distance were countless.
