Overall it was OK, but I will stick to my usual Marriot options in future.
Pros:

It was good to have a nice spacious room.
Well stocked & functional.
Nice bed & convenient plug points.

Cons:

It wasn't cleaned even once during my 3-night stay.
I managed to make the "breakfast" once on the final check out day but glad I missed it on the other 2 days as it was very sad.

I didn't stay because you suck and hide fees
Pros:

Your company in general is completely insensitive to circumstances guests may be experiencing, your company in general hides the facts regarding fees and then this adding adding them at the last second and your employees are rude and not well trained or held accountable for their indifference. Thieves and liars. What you expect from a major corporation.

I will definitely make this place me go to hotel in my future travels.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful, professional and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the location was great. Easy access to highway. The place was quiet.

Pros:

My huaband had a kidney transplant at Medical City. I needed a safe place to stay for an extended time. I was warmly welcomed by staff and special accommodations were made for my recovering husband. I appreciate Amanda and Leila. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. May God bless them!
