Comfortable week-long stay
Pros:

Staff is the best asset of this hotel!
We were visiting during the US gymnastics Nationals. Everyone went above and beyond to make athletes and guests comfortable.
Fruits were always there and breakfast was nice.
Our room was comfortable and clean.
The location is just a short walk from the BOK arena and convention center with restaurants and coffee shops just a short walking distance.

Pros:

I had to call customer service multiple times to get the dates correct for my stay. I even called the day of my stay before leaving town. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my stay. The hotel was full the staff scrambled to find me a room. Booking has horrible customer service. If you need to talk to someone good luck. Luckily the hotel staff was able to correct the mistake.

Cons:

Shower door off track..Someone attempted to remove black strip underneath night before end of stay, and entire doorknob the last night of stay. Parking

Amazing staff, clean rooms, very attentive and great location!
