Relaxing & Amazing value for money.
Pros:

Great location, close to all the shopping & great restaurants. The swim up pool bar is a great feature. The free bikes are a great touch makes it easier to get around & sightsee. Gives a resort feel. Great value for money. We will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a little fresher. This is only a minor issue.

A relaxing holiday location
Pros:

We loved the gardens and pool. Great location close enough to the old city and It felt like a quiet oasis to relax in. Comfortable bed and great size room. Good breakfast options. Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

There was nothing that stood out or couldn’t be sorted by asking the staff.

Spacious & Tranquil Hotel
Pros:

This hotel surpassed my expectations! The location is fantastic, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, and it's easy to get around using a quick Grab Ride scooter. The room itself is large and spacious. Although the balcony view isn't the best, it doesn't really matter, as the hotel's other features more than make up for it. The pool is nice and warm, and the entire hotel is surrounded by plants and trees, creating a sense of tranquillity during your stay. The chef serves excellent eggs for breakfast!

Cons:

The communication via email and chat could be improved. I had questions before my arrival that were not answered, but upon arrival, the staff was more than happy to help with my inquiries.

Best ok, maar niet zoals de plaatjes
Pros:

De locatie, redelijk centraal t.o.v. het oude centrum en de rivier

Cons:

Het personeel, de plek van onze kamer op het “complex”. Naast de receptie, vlakbij de doorgaande weg, lawaaiig, uitzicht op een soort achtige bouwplaats, en een auto. Geen pooluitzicht en ook gym niet kunnen vinden. Er werd gebouwd.
