Good, mostly, with small issues in the room.
Pros:

The breakfast was generous and good. Your staff is excellent. The location is absolutely perfect. We mostly enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues with the room, but nothing that would keep us away next time.

Cons:

The toilet seat was loose, the bidet dripped, and the bidet pipe leaked. The bed, which was supposed to be a "large double bed", was actually two 3/4 beds pushed against each other, and where they met was a hard line where it was impossible to sleep.

ولكن من حيث النظافة فهو سئ جدا جدا وبه حشرات والحمام متهالك لا اتخيل ان يقيم احد فيه إلا اضطر ليلة واحدة فقط

Molt ben situat, al centre de l'old quarter. Personal atent i amable.
Molt bon esmorçar.

Cons:

Llençols bruts, poca llum natural (teniem una paret just al davant de la finestra).

Best choice I could make for a short stay in Hanoi
Pros:

The room is clean and pretty big with a nice balcony with a street view in the middle of old quarter of Hanoi. The location is great to go around by walk. The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Ubicación y personal

Cons:

no es un hotel, en una pensión sin cuidar. La encargada es encantadora, me preguntó varias veces qué tal todo y dije bien porque simplemente mi expectativa con las fotos y la realidad no tienen nada pero nada que ver. Es una pensión sin mantenimiento.

La ubicación es de lo mejor. Te cambian las sábanas y toallones todos los días

Por foto se ve todo mucho mejor. Matamos a dos cucarachas en nuestra habitacion

La habitación no es como en las fotos. La ventana de la habitación da a la nada misma. La limpieza es muy criticable ya que nos encontramos con 2 cucarachas
