Molt ben situat, al centre de l'old quarter. Personal atent i amable.
Molt bon esmorçar.

Cons:

Best choice I could make for a short stay in Hanoi
Pros:

The room is clean and pretty big with a nice balcony with a street view in the middle of old quarter of Hanoi. The location is great to go around by walk. The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Ubicación y personal

Cons:

no es un hotel, en una pensión sin cuidar. La encargada es encantadora, me preguntó varias veces qué tal todo y dije bien porque simplemente mi expectativa con las fotos y la realidad no tienen nada pero nada que ver. Es una pensión sin mantenimiento.

La habitación no es como en las fotos. La ventana de la habitación da a la nada misma. La limpieza es muy criticable ya que nos encontramos con 2 cucarachas

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks, and had a wonderful time. The staff and location were top notch.
Pros:

Location was perfect for someone staying in Hanoi, everything was within walking distance or a very easy Grab ride (never had issues booking to and from this location). Internet was fast enough for me to work on and do calls. The balcony was amazing to have, great views. Matched the pics. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Felt safe here as a solo traveller. AC was a lifesaver. Would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, but I'm not too picky - it's pretty typical for Vietnam to not have perfect grout so if that bothers you then you may be better off at an established/chain hotel.

Convinent budget stay
Pros:

Location is very central within the old quarters - everything is literally 5-10 mins away by walk. If you are looking for budget travel, then this is the place to be. Also we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast spread!

Cons:

Rooms are quite cramped, one has look out for luggage space.
