Convinent budget stay
Pros:

Location is very central within the old quarters - everything is literally 5-10 mins away by walk. If you are looking for budget travel, then this is the place to be. Also we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast spread!

Cons:

Rooms are quite cramped, one has look out for luggage space.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Old Quarter
Pros:

This was my second stay here as I really like this hotel ( see my previous comments) but this stay was even better than first as I had a room with an open door to a balcony which I loved-plenty of fresh air. The staff at this hotel are outstanding-their English is excellent and they are always helpful & friendly- lovely people. Highly recommend

Welcoming hotel in the heart of Hanoi
Pros:

Is a great play to stay. The rooms are on the smallish side but fine. The rooms are clean, good AC, strong Wifi, cable TV channels, fridge, kettle, plenty of hot water. A good simple buffet breakfast. Location is excellent, right in heart of Old Quarter & walkable distance to all sights. The staff are outstanding- reception girls excellent English - helpful & friendly & breakfast guy always pleasant. The hotel has a really friendly, welcoming feel to it & I enjoyed my stay there. I highly recommend

Cons:

This is probably just a ‘me’ thing but I like a window that opens to the outside. The window in my Superior Double Room only had internal view of stairs so of course I kept curtain closed at all times. I think other rooms have external opening windows. Apart from this everything else was excellent & I would definitely stay again
