A short but memorable stay, with excellent service, a spacious room, and a convenient central locati
Pros:

I appreciated the excellent communication from the hotel staff before my arrival, especially their efforts to confirm my arrival time. The warm welcome continued at check-in when I was upgraded to a spacious superior room, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated gesture.

Cons:

The only minor issue during my stay was that the TV was unplugged when I arrived. It was an easy fix, but it would have been helpful if everything had been checked and ready beforehand.
