Nice place to explore Szczecin from
Pros:

The apartment is located in an old but renovated building and is very comfortable, It has all facilities needed for a city break. It is very clean and bright. The location is really superb - close to the Grunwald Square which actually allows to walk around the center and the most popular attractions on foot. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and cafes, whatever one needs. The communication with the hosts is very clear and easy, all check-in instructions are given on time.

Cons:

There is some noise from the trams riding the street however the hosts secure ear stoppers. Fortunately trams have a brake during the night.

Wszystko dobrze z wyjątkiem śniadania
Cons:

Bardzo słabe śniadanie: jajecznica jakaś stara twarda nawet nie do spróbowania, kielbaski twarde zimne, boczek pieczony zimny, pieczywo twarde z wyjatkiem chleba razowego którego nie jem. Stołówka dawno nie omiatana z pajęczyn.

Top Unterkunft in perfekter City-Lage mit nur einer Einschränkung
Pros:

Sehr schönes, modern und gut ausgestattetes Appartement in perfekter City-Lage.
Von dort ist fußläufig alles gut erreichbar.
Bequeme Betten, großes Duschbad, Einbauküche, sehr sauber.
Ein kostenloser Parkplatz im Innenhof ist inclusive.
Für dieSchranke und die Türen sowie das Schlüsselkästchen werden rechtzeitig Codes zur Verfügung gestellt.
Bis auf die Lautstärke der Straßenbahn uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Vor dem Haus fahren in kurzen Abständen die Straßenbahnen vorbei. Die Lautstärke der quietschenden Straßenbahnen ist schon heftig.
Neben dem Bett liegen Ohrstöpfsel, die aber nur bedingt helfen.
Man sollte nicht sehr Geräuschempfindlich sein, wenn man das Appartement mietet.

Wygodne studio, czysto, bardzo dobre sniadanie. Self checkin.

Cons:

Ogromny halas od ulicy, zwlaszcza tramwaju. Na szczescie nie jezdza w nocy, ale i tak trzeba spac w zatyczkach jesli jest otwarte okno. Dlugo sie czeka na ciepla wode. Ciezko sie otwiera skrzynka z kluczykiem.

A pleasant and clean apartment hotel with parking
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and clean. There were plenty of dishes. I was able to park my motorcycle in the courtyard, whose gates were locked at night.
Breakfast was good.
The staff at the front desk spoke good English and were really friendly.
We’ll be back on our next trip.

Cons:

However, I have to deduct points for the staff because the lady in charge of breakfast spoke only Polish, and we felt that we were not welcome. I recommend that she adopt a more relaxed attitude toward guests who do not speak Polish and use a phone translation app.

Sehr geräumiges Appartement. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Viel Platz in einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank.
Sehr zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Starke Geräusche von der Straßenbahn, die vor der Unterkunft vorbei fährt.
Einige Sachen, wie Brötchen oder Croissants werden am Frühstücksbuffet nicht nachgelegt, wenn sie vergriffen sind.
