Our stay
Pros:

room were maintained and cleaned daily.

Cons:

We booked for two adults and three kids. On the day of our check in they gave us two room keys one for the adult (parents) and the other for the kids. We thought those room will be next to each other, but when we got to the floor the rooms were at each end of the hallway so it was very far from each other.

we went back to reception to voice our concern, it took a while for the staff to understand and make adjustments. At first they were hesitant to move us closer to our kids. Eventually they did move us closer as we're only two doors away from our kids as opposed to other end of a hallway.

Still not ideal but it was the best that we could get.

Pros:

Bed quite comfy and the location.

Cons:

How nice the picture seems in booking dot com but actual is not the same on the decoration part (specifically our room). We used to stay in 5 star hotels, personally this is like 1 or 2 star when ure paying a price for maybe 3 star.

Pros:

I was upgraded to a King room and I liked it. It was reasonably big. The good thing - it was quiet. The neighbourhood was safe, i did not see anything dangerous around. No, there were no prostitutes on the streets. You can get easily to the city center by one of many buses, the bus stop is just 5 minutes walk.

Cons:

I was charged a deposit of 100 SGD. But returned the day of departure.

Pros:

The hotel was fantastic, had no issues with the room. Very comfortable.
