Il massimo dell accoglienza
Pros:

Hotel situato all ingresso di Folgarida. Ampio parcheggio, spa, sala cinema e un bellissimo bar che non guasta mai. Ma la cosa più bella di tutto l albergo era il suo staff! Difficilmente si trovano persone così gentili , premurose, carine, educate e professionali. Bravi bravi bravi! Una menzione speciale va ad Alex che ogni giorno ti propone escursioni visite guidate e tutto quello che c’è da fare nei dintorni! Una vera risorsa preziosa per godersi appieno la vacanza. Da non dimenticare l ottima cucina! L hotel Derby é stata una bellissima sorpresa e sicuramente torneremo per altre vacanze di relax!

Cons:

L unica cosa leggermente negativa sono le stanze fronte strada. Le persone che stanno sedute ai tavolini della terrazza o che passano di lì letteralmente guardano dentro la tua stanza. Prossima volta chiederemo una stanza con vista sul retro.

Una vacanza indimenticabile
Pros:

Tutto impeccabile! Camere pulitissime, ottimi servizi, colazione a buffet sempre varia e abbondante, menù a cena a scelta semplicemente delizioso. La spa è tenuta in modo impeccabile e ben gestita dal personale. Posizione a nostro parere ottimale per raggiungere velocemente tantissimi punti di interesse, sempre lontano dal caos e dalla calura della valle. Il vero punto forte è lo staff, disponibile, professionale e di una gentilezza unica, anche nei confronti della nostra cagnolona. Un soggiorno da ricordare e da ripetere!

Pros:

Punto di forza, la ristorazione: menù vario, piatti gustosi, qualità eccellente. Particolamente buoni i dolci.
Gradito il kit accoglienza omaggio per il cane (ciotola, croccecche e porta sacchetti).
Personale in sala attento e cortese.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto una disavventura con il personale che si è occupato della pulizia della camera.
