bem mas não tao barato para o que é
Pros:

tudo excepto uma superficie com desinfectante para as rodas das malas. temos que entrar descalços mas as malas vão com as rodas que andaram na rua

コスパ良く素泊まりできる。
Pros:

駅からのアクセスがしやすく、チェックイン前から荷物を預けられたり、チェックイン後にすぐ浴場を利用できるなど、都会の真ん中にあるとは思えない利便性を感じることが出来た。

Cons:

キャビン通路の冷房は快適だったが、キャビン内は夏場は辛いほど空調が悪かった。また本来カードキーで開けないと外から入れない扉が、扉の内側付近を通ると自動でカードキー無しで開いてしまうという、セキュリティ面でのガバガバ感を感じた。

Localização e bom atendimento
Pros:

O lugar tem ótima localização, é bem limpo e oferece várias comodidades. Bom estar ciente de que não há chuveiro para um banho individual. Os hóspedes devem usar o espaço do onsen.

Good locations. Very clean. Nice onsen.

Cons:

Be aware that there are no private showers! I was very surprised when I arrived and they told me this. You have to shower in the shared onsen. There are seperate for male and female but was certainly a new experience for me. Would be nice to have the option of a private shower too.

Check in was smooth, staffs are friendly and very helpful even when i requested to change my bed.
Pros:

Location is perfect overall ~ transpo, shopping and attractions!

Cons:

Communal bath, while im aware about this but it could have been perfect stay if there's atleast one or two private bath for guests who would prefer privacy :)
