It was a good price for a one night stay!
Pros:

Nice accommodation close to everything
Pros:

Location was great. Close enough to everything and within easy reach. But stop is round the corner and it’s $2 on a bus either to the main area or bus station. Even a bus to the airport…$2

Nice hotel but area surrounding was a bit dodgy and rough. Car parking bad but hotel itself nice

I have stayed before. It had an awesome restaurant and bar. I had no idea that it was not in operation. It was one of the main reasons I was wanting to stay. I should have stayed closer downtown and save me some uber money.

This hotel/staff definitely read the reviews and took the customers suggestions!! Staff was very friendly, even provided a free drink upon arrival. Parking garage was only $20/day. They allowed us to check in early without an extra cost. No hidden fees. Great location, not too far away from Broadway.

Cons:

Only down side was that there are no microwaves in the rooms, it’s only on the first level. Also the fridge in my room was not cold at all. Lastly, there is only one elevator working and it’s very slow.

It was great!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facility was very clean. Sheets weren't scratchy, temp was good throughout the hotel.

Cons:

Would have liked more counter space in the bathroom. Maybe more bathrooms on the first floor.

Location, value and comfort!
Pros:

It's a nice independent hotel. We really like the lobby area, part of which is also dining space for breakfast. The location is very good - close to Vanderbilt, Broadway, dining around the hotel in walkable distance. Centennial Park is also close-by. Good, healpful staff. The breakfast was included, and quite good. The usual fare: make-your-own waffles, bagels and cream cheese/butter, scrambled eggs, sausages mini-muffins, fruit, yogurt cups, juice, coffee, tea, jams/fruit spreads. The beds, pillows, linens clean and comfortable. AC in the room work very well, which was necessary in the hot weather spell.

They have generous check-out time of 12 pm, and check-in time of 3 pm. We arrived on a red-eye flight very early morning. They allowed us to check-in way earlier and also check out late. We really appreciated that.

Parking info: There's on-site paid parking for $20-$25. There's also free parking in front of the hotel on Hayes Street, but usually not available. There is paid street parking and paid parking lots on Hayes Street around the hotel. Parking is enforced from 6am - 12am (saw an attendant give tickets at 11:45 pm).

Cons:

Not big issues, honestly! The room was not unclean, but cleanliness could be tad bit better. The elevators are slow, and one elevator was probably not working at all. This was the second time we stayed and the breakfast was same everyday both times. May be a bit of variety would be welcome.
