Great place if you only need a bed to sleep in! Friendly staff
Pros:

Lots of nice food around, walkable to downtown and other attractions. Staff were friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was basic. Everything was single use, seems wasteful.

An amazing part of our trip to Nashville!
Pros:

We are having an amazing holiday in Nashville. This hotel is fabulous. Clean, has everything you could want for a comfortable stay in Nashville and is about a straight mile from all the action! We have walked in and out a few times and it’s no trouble. Breakfast is fresh and offers lots of options. The waffles are so tasty and it’s so much fun getting to make your own. The endless supply of tea/coffee and ice cold water is just what you need.
All of the staff have been so helpful and a special shout out to George who was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Hi,
Just to sat we had amazing time in the hotel staff were fabulous especially the manager George who helped us so much as we had difficulty with are banking card .
Thanks again to all the staff we really appreciated it.

Would avoid hotel if visited Nashville again.
Pros:

Clean, new construction.

Cons:

Staff, especially at night not helpful. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Extra charges, “security deposits”, parking charges not obvious at booking. Parking expensive and difficult to figure out. Breakfast was very limited and of low quality.
