De locatie

Cons:

De communicatie: op een aanvraag voor excursies antwoorden ze 10 dagen later, de dag voor je toekomt. De prijzen waren hoger dan online aangegeven en last minute moeilijk om elders te boeken. Maar wel gelukt dus elders mooie excursie geboekt voor een veel betere prijs.

Great place, highly recommend
Pros:

The location is fantastic and it is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly. We did the night trek as well as the one day trek. Both were organised by the hotel. Both trips were great with informative and helpful guides.

Cons:

Karaoke on Saturday night and Sunday.

Ecolodge is such a peaceful place to stay, and a great base for the many activities available in Bukit Lawang. We really enjoyed the restaurant overlooking the river and local wildlife.

Lokalizacja na skraju dżungli- idealna. Personel wyjątkowo pomocny. W ogóle nasze doświadczenia w Indonezji - zadziwiająco uprzejmi i pomocni generalnie wszyscy ludzie z jakimi mieliśmy do czynienia.

- very comfortable and clean
- green and surrounded by nature, you can see snakes or monkeys, situated by the river
- beautifully designed space
- short walking distance both to restaurants and shops
- quiet and peaceful
- nice and helpful staff

Cons:

- not the best for food: breakfast was limited and portions were small, and restaurant food was just okay but you can find much better in Bukit

Un hôtel qui permet de se sentir dans la jungle, avec des commodites. J’ai apprécié.
Pros:

L’emplacement est aux portes de la jungle, ce qui permet d’être vraiment immergé dans la flore et la faune.
Tout est en bambou et j’ai adoré cet ambiance. La chambre était très jolie. Le restaurant et la terrasse supérieure sont superbes toujours dans cet esprit naturel.
Des singes venaient en fin de journée dans les arbres et sur les toits des chambres : magique !

Cons:

La lumière artificielle dans la chambre était trop faible pour moi.
La propreté mérite d’être améliorée dans la salle de bains.
Les singes au petit matin 😅 : ils nous réveillaient à 6h pile !

Gnarly stay and an odd vibe

Nice location, overlooking the river and next to the jungle.

Cons:

This was very expensive for what it offered and compared to other properties in the area. The mosquito net didn’t cover the bed properly so we woke to a very large moth by our pillow. Being near the jungle, it would have been useful for this to have been considered. The restaurant staff were also quite strange and unapproachable, which we thought was odd given that all of our other experiences in Indonesia were exceptional.
