I had paid for breakfast but arrived just a few minutes past the service deadline. Unfortunately, the staff were unwilling to offer any solution, neither breakfast the next day nor a refund. It was disappointing to see such rigidity, and a lack of willingness to balance the rules against basic guest satisfaction.
