Good value for money, rooms on the smaller side.
Pros:

The location is right at the heart of Gangnam and very close to the convention center. Small street, quiet.
Very clean. Staff were helpful. Gym and laundry room are nice.

Cons:

Room was small-ish in my opinion.
Breakfast was expensive so I didn't try it.

Pros:

Booked this hotel as it is near Coex. After reading reviews, we decided to splurge on a slightly larger room (deluxe double) with no regrets. It was spacious enough for a couple with a toddler, and the bed was king sized and comfortable. Although the hotel did not provide cribs (our toddler does not sleep in travel cribs unfortunately) there would have been sufficient space for a travel crib. The room was kept spotless with daily housekeeping. The toilet was clean with sufficient soap/shampoo. There is also a mini fridge and a small wardrobe. The staff were accommodating and helpful with our requests. We tried the breakfast 1 morning. It had a large spread and was delicious.

Cons:

Air-conditioning was strong when turned on and would automatically turn off, making the room too warm. Option to adjust the strength of the aircon would have been useful. It also had a rather obtrusive light when turned on which we managed to block out with some removable tape. The bath only had a small glass divider which was not enough to prevent water from splashing out.

Stanza minuscola per 2 persone, ma anche una persona sola farebbe fatica ad aprire le proprie valigie. Odore fastidioso tra fumo e naftalina in stanza. Il water della stanza 414 non asciuga correttamente .
