They said it was 4 star but the room with a view maybe 4 star but the rest of the place was a 2 star. I would not recomm

I’ll start with the bathroom, the bath moved very dangerous and the shower water was on the floor instead of the bath. The swimming pool should be condemned until repaired and cleaned.
Broken tiles, pool light hanging of by one screw, mould and moss all around the edge of the pool. The ladder falls to one side when you try to get in the pool as the rails are in crumbling cement. We have never been so disappointed. We booked for 4 nights and stayed 1. The poor young staff were left to deal with us as the manager had 3 days off. When I asked to speak to someone with authority the manager just sent messages through her staff. The bar upstairs had temporary tables in there and no aircon. They had blowers up there set at 30 degrees. It was already 37 outside so extremely hot. To top it of doof doof music until early hours of the morning . That is out of their control though. But definitely not relaxing.

Average stay in an old property located at an amazing spot
Pros:

It’s an old property at an amazing location giving you great views.

Cons:

But staff and cleanliness was average. After Hoi An this was like hitting a bump as staff was kind of not to supportive and seasoned rather then being considerate and accommodating.

I had a horrible experience.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

My experience was very bad. Firstly we had hot water issues. Then the staff did not provide enough towels, toilet papers and water bottles. Not enough mats as the there was water spreading out from the bath tup when you use it. To get the hot water you have to run the taps for 5 minutes.
Buffet was mostly Vietnamese food.

Beautiful location, staff, amenities. Spoil yourself!

Everything. Staff were excellent, breakfast was lovely, room was outstanding, location is superb, amenities were good.

Cons:

Kala Kala nightclub 200m away = open air doof-doof until 2am Fri Sat Sun & 1am other nights. Loud enough to shake the windows on Level 8 of Yarra. Earplugs from pharmacy 20k - do it. Not Yarra’s fault, just hope KK goes bankrupt!

The location right across the road from the beach was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to help us out. The room was large and clean with a balcony overlooking the ocean.
