Great base hotel for exploring Hanoi
Pros:

This was a super hotel for the 2 nights we were in Hanoi. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was perfect after a day touring the city. The restaurant apparently served until 10pm and because we had arrived late we decided to eat there however it was empty and there were no staff in sight so we opted for room service which worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Pros:

Helpful staff and lovely room - given an upgrade to a deluxe room which was lovely. Rooftop pool was super.

チェックイン時のスタッフ対応
ツインベットオプション予約であったがダブルベットが用意されており、やり取りを行ったメール履歴を示すまで信じて頂けず20分程時間を要した。
男性2名での宿泊でありダブルベットは非常識と思います。

Great stay in Hanoi and 2D1N Halong Bay Cruise
Pros:

We'd planned our trip to Hanoi to also include a 2D1N Halong Bay cruise which was booked through the hotel. Whilst electronic payment via their website is not available, the hotel was incredibly helpful and responsive via email to help complete the booking. Upon arrival we were picked up by a driver/car arranged by the hotel. Everything went smoothly. The hotel itself is very clean and a good standard for a short stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for us, and overall I'd have no hesitation recommending this hotel to friends and family.
