Prima hotel
Pros:

Prachtige plek.

Cons:

Toen we des ochtends vertrokken was het restaurant gesloten en al het personeel vertrokken. Dit was geen standaard gebeuren.

Beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming in calm and uniquely scenic setting
Pros:

I came here for a stopoff on a long drive through Northern Europe. Turning off the highway and onto the local roads felt like a little slice of paradise. I was delighted to find the hotel reflected this. It's in a beautiful location, surrounded by waterways and bucolic fields, wildlife and nature everywhere. Welcome was friendly, food excellent (I went for mainly Asian-style dishes which were very flavourful and beautiful), room very comfortable. Just an oasis of calm and comfort. I had a few strolls around the area; a gentle and lovely new view around every corner. I will seriously think about coming here again for a more extended visit, it was just idyllic.

Cons:

Nothing to report here. Couldn't have been better.

De kamer was netjes schoon en de bedden lagen heerlijk.

Cons:

Bij het inchecken 's avonds aangegeven de volgende ochtend (zondag) om 8 uur te willen ontbijten. Dat was geen probleem en zou doorgegeven worden. Op de ochtend zelf bleek de ontbijtruimte om 8 uur (en ook om kwart over 8) dicht te zijn en kon er dus niet meer ontbeten worden, voordat we om half 9 moesten vertrekken.

Fantastische locatie, maar hotel kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken

De locatie van het hotel is fantastisch. Je zit op een prachtige plek en dat was voor ons absoluut het grootste pluspunt van het verblijf. Ook het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het hotel zelf is behoorlijk verouderd en kan naar onze mening echt een opknapbeurt gebruiken. De hygiëne vonden wij matig; de kamer en met name de badkamer hadden schoner gekund. Daarnaast was de douchedeur defect.
Ook het bed vonden wij helaas erg matig en niet comfortabel, waardoor we niet bijzonder goed hebben geslapen. Voor de prijs hadden wij qua onderhoud, hygiëne en comfort wat meer verwacht.

Great value food and accommodation with helpful and happy staff.
Pros:

Good size room with fan provided because of hot weather. Helpful staff. Simple check in. Restaurant food was excellent value and very tasty too.

Cons:

No undercover place to store bicycles.

Hotel eenvoudig maar OK, echter helaas niet klantgericht.

Bedienend personeel was vriendelijk. Eten was prima in orde.

Cons:

Ik had ontbijt afgesproken om 7.00 omdat ik om 7.30 naar mijn afspraak moest. Dat was geen probleem en ik heb 15€ afgerekend voor het ontbijt. De volgende dag was er om 7.10 nog steeds niemand en werd de telefoon niet opgenomen. Ik heb dus zonder ontbijt het hotel moeten verlaten. Vervolgens werd er geen contact met mij opgenomen om op z’n minst excuses aan te bieden. Ik heb zelf meerdere keren initiatief moeten nemen om met hen in contact te komen. Ook de toegezegde terugstorting van de 15€ werd pas ruim een maand later uitgevoerd na meerdere reminders van mijn kant. Management heeft zich verre van klantgericht opgesteld. Een fout kan altijd gebeuren maar los het dan op! Ik kies volgende keer een ander hotel.

Fijne locatie voor een leuk weekend
Pros:

Mooie locatie voor ons om te gaan vissen.
Leuk restaurant, vriendelijke medewerkers, prima gerechten voor mooie prijs.
Goede, veilige parkeergelegenheid voor de deur.

Cons:

Nette kamer, we waren 2 nachten, helaas geen kamer gedaan, met name geen nieuwe handdoeken.
