They had no soap.
I called the front desk because the ac in the room wasn't workinf, they sent up a tech and he just said he doesn't like the unit type in my room and prefers the window unit. Ok, but what can you do? I called the front and the agent seemed a little annoyed, I feel like anyway but she did look right away to aee if there was another room and dis find me one. After we moved rooms I called down to thank her
The people working werent rude or mean but the atmosphere wasnt very warm either. I found myself saying good morning to them, or thanking them and not the other way around. I know hospitality is supposed to be different. I work in customer service and a smile and warm greeting goes a long way. But again, no one was rude or had an attitude, they were just there to work.
I did get charged for the room on my card when I already paid on PayPal through the app. Im trying to get this corrected now.

Terrible breakfast, especially the eggs, did they use egg powder? And tasted sour
No parking. Facility located where lighting was poor. Dirty streets. Garbage everywhere.

No soap in the bathroom of my room. Free breakfast was mediocre, limited choices and yogurt machine was not functioning.
