Bilik besar nak solat selesa, cuma kena sediakan sejadah dlm bilik. Bilik bersih, bilik air pun ok

Cons:

Cuma bilik tak kalis bunyi, terlalu bising waktu siang. Penyewa bilik sebelah bercakap blh dengar jelas. Aircond kena servis kurang sejuk.. Yg lain ok
