Leuk hotel maar veel nadelen
Pros:

De kamers waren Koel en licht.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk.
Eten in het restaurant was erg lekker en lekkere alchol vrije cocktails.
Ontbijt was goed.
Parkeren op het terein is erg fijn
Bubbelbad was fijn

Geen Koelkast op de kamer aanwezig

Je kunt niet kiezen wat voor bed je krijgt

De kamers hadden veel beschadigingen

Het balkon van je buren zit aan de jou balkon vast waardoor je niet met de raam open kunt slapen aangezien dan de sigaretten rook de kamer inkomt daarnaast kunnen de buren dan ook jou kamer binnen zodra de housekeeping de ramen opzet terwijl je er niet bent

2 van de 3 sauna's stonden niet aan.

De reling van het zwembad zit extreem los waardoor je makkelijk kunt uitglijden .

Tv zenders vallen om de 3 seconden uit waardoor je geen Tv kunt kijken

Ładny widok. Hotel na przeciw skoczni. Bardzo czysto.
Sauny, jacuzi i basen super. Czynne od 14.00 na zapisy w recepcji, więc w dzień, w który przyjechaliśmy, a byliśmy koło 18.00 nie można było skorzystać, tylko w dzień pobytu, w ostatni też nie bo doba do 10.00. Śniadania skromne.

Cons:

Brak w pokoju czajnika, aby zrobić sobie herbatkę. Czajnik na parterze w takiej podręcznej kuchni.

Pros:

Umístění penzionu je ideální - mimo hlavní centrum a hned u lanovky na Čertovu horu.
Snídaně byly velmi dobré, jen občas chyběl jeden z koláčků, samozřejmě ten "lepší".
V restauraci vařili výborně, maso i zvláštní kombinace příloh se zeleninou byly skvělé. Jen pro mě trochu velké porce.
Relaxační část byla též výborná - po túře jsme si moc užili vířivku.

Cons:

Osobně bych na pokojích přivítala rychlovarnou konvici a pár čajů.

Na recepci milá paní recepční.
Snídaně vynikající.
Byl jsem spokojen, určitě se vrátím.

Nedá se říct, že by se mi to nelíbilo, spíš jenom doporučení.
Ve wellnessu zprovoznit tlačítka na ovládání vířivky a protiproudu.
Do sauny bych pořídil přesýpací hodiny, aby člověk věděl, jak dlouho tam je.
