Good value, helpful staff, comfortable bedroom, just what a traveller needs on sensible budget.
Pros:

The reception chap was attentive, efficient, and helpful. The room was functional but good value for the price. Shower and bathroom all good.

Cons:

On the edge of an industrial estate, but the cost of a good night sleep and easy parking outweighed a pretty view!

Wouldn't be my first choice next time...
Pros:

This was ideal as a cheap stopover to break up a journey, but was the very definition of getting what you pay for!

Cons:

Probably wouldn't use this place again, unless budget was the highest priority. Really uncomfortable bed (mattress in dire need of replacing), and could hear way too much through the walls from other rooms (fortunately, in this case, just raised voices over a card game rather than the other sort of thing). At £40 for a Saturday night though, it was still somehow decent value, and I kind of slept OK... it did the job.

Pros:

Breakfast was value for money. Staff were good and very helpful

Cons:

The decor was tired and the rooms were not clean and smelt of drain problems. The sheets and towels were clean.

helpful staff clean and comfortable ideal stop over location
Pros:

the room was clean and basic fitted our needs ideal for one overnight stop over. staff were friendly there was more facilities but we did not use then as we were told they could offer us a continental breakfast if we wanted it . they also have a bar onsite

Cons:

size of the bed it was a really small double , not a standard double not ideal to share. the carpark was really busy and our room was at the front and above the door entrance can be quite noisy

Good location, only place I’ve been that has no water
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

No water at all in the morning so couldn’t wash, brush teeth, shower or flush toilet. A hotel where the boiler/water tank couldn’t cope.
Carpet thread bare in places

It was okay
Pros:

Spacious and warm they did get some dairy free milk and decaf tea in for me

Cons:

No lifts and no evening meal had to go and get our own no choice of breakfast only continental breakfast available which is a bit awkward if you have an allergy

Never again, I wouldn't have boarded my dog there!

Cons:

Smelly, filthy, terrible mattress, awful location, no gluten free food at all. Questionable stains on walls, painted over mould & bodily fluids, unsafe radiator, The hallways smelled strongly of cannabis, and there were many unsavoury characters hanging around. I paid £60 for this room, it should have been no more than a tenner. ***I have since discovered that this 'hotel' is used by the local council to house, homeless, ex-convicts and drug addicts. This place should not be advertised as a hotel, we travelled there as two lone females and did not feel at all at ease. I have tried to add photos of the filth, but found out that the hotel are personally responsible for adding the photos 'or not' at their discretion. Disgracefull!!!
