Hotel novo e limpo, sendo uma ótima opção perto da alexanderplatz. Embora seja caro.
Pros:

As instalações do hotel são novas e ele é bem decorado.
A localização é ótima, a uma curta caminhada da alexanderplatz.
O café da manhã é gostoso e com boas opções, embora os ovos mexidos sejam feitos com a proteína do ovo e não com ovos em si.
Ouvimos relatos de lotação no salão do café, o que foi por nós solucionado indo fora dos horários de pico, conforme informado no elevador.
A habitação fornece shampoo e sabonete de uma boa marca. Tem tomadas perto da cama e uma boa poltrona , embora o quarto seja pequeno.
Enfim. É um ótimo hotel, novo e limpo, mas um pouco caro para o que oferece .

Cons:

O banheiro estava com um cheiro estranho, semelhante a esgoto, o que passou naturalmente depois de algumas horas . Mas foi bastante desagradável.
O banheiro é por ventilação mecânica, ficando bem úmido, principalmente as toalhas, ainda mais considerando que a troca é de 2 em 2 dias, o que também gera acúmulo nas lixeiras.
Apesar do café ter bastante opções, poderia haver mais qualidade.
O quarto não tem mini geladeira. Tem uma conveniência no saguão, mas os preços são exorbitantes .

Pros:

Érem tres persones (parella i 1 fill). L'habitació era gran (hi havia espai) i comfortable. El bany estava molt be i la dutxa era gran i còmode. El buffet de l'esmorzar era complet i molt bo. El personal del hotel molt amable i atent, en tot moment. La neteja era correcte, especialment al bany i les tovalloles, els cobrellits més justets.

Cons:

La habitació era molt gran, però ens va sorprendre que no tenia armari per deixar la roba (?) només una zona amb uns penjadors, just per deixar 3 abrics. Només anàvem 3 dies, però era molt incòmode organitzar la roba usada, i la roba neta.... estrany!!!
El primer dia no vàrem posar el cartell de que "es podia fer l'habitació" i no ens la van fer (netejar, canvi tovalloles usades, etc). Vam demanar un cartell d'aquells per penjar a la porta i el vam posar el segon dia. Correcte, van fer l'habitació, però el paper va desaparèixer. Si haguéssim estat un quart dia.... ens haguessin fet l'habitació?

Pros:

Chambre: Très bien, suffisemment grande, avec une vue exceptionnelle (7eme) sur la tour de télévision et sur l'ancien hotel de ville.
La salle de bains est bien et très correctement fournie en savons /champoings
Petit déjeuner bien fourni on a du choix, bien qu'on puisse faire mieux dans l'absolu.
Emplacement: pas le coin le plus animé de la ville mais très central donc très pratique pour ce rendre sur les divers points d'intérêt de la ville. Une station de métro "KlosterStrasse" est a proximité immédiate (ligne U2) l'autre sation à utiliser (à 7 mn de marche) est "Rotes Rathaus"
Le personnel est à l'écoute est très sympathique
Les ascenceurs sont bien et il y a peu d'attente.
Lors d'un séjour sur plusieurs nuit consécutives, le ménage de la chambre est fait un jour sur deux, mais je pense que l'on doit pouvoir demander un nettoyage si on le désire.

Cons:

L'arrivée à l'hotel: J'ai eu un gros problème car j'ai entré dans Google Maps Holiday Inn Alexander Platz et, arrivé sur place, il m'indique un hotel Holiday Inn Berlin Centre Alexander platz qui n'existe pas. Il serait bien qu'un webmaster s'occupe de ce problème car lorsqu'on arrive fatigué à la gare d'Alexander platz et que l'on doive marcher valises à la main pendant 45 minutes pour trouver son hotel, ce n'est pas du tout une expérience agréable. Heureusement le monsieur de l'accueil a su désamorcer mon humeur massacrante!
La chambre aurait mérité d'avoir un petit réfrigérateur, car l'hotel ne propose pas de service de restauration hors du petit déjeuner, si ce n'est un bar proposant des plats minute pas terribles, ou une petite échope au rez de chaussée proposant sandwiches, boissons et sucreries à des prix indécents. (4€ la bouteille d'eau de 25 cl si ma mémoire est bonne)
La machine à café du petit déjeuner sert un jus pâle sans gout. On n'a l'impression que les américains ont pris la main sur la chose, et ne se mettent pas au goût europééen.

Pros:

Otel gayet konforlu, temiz, yeri de merkezi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yardımsever. Mayıs ayında konakladık; Türkiye'ye göre hava biraz serindi ancak oda sıcaklıkları iyiydi. Konaklama ücreti de böyle bir otel için makul. Kahvaltısı da iyiydi.
