Nice hotel with some area of improvement
Pros:

Staff were the best.
I liked the location, the Bar from 5pm to 1 am with limited warm dishes.
The snack bar and the fridge if drinks.
Breakfast was good not inclusive.
I asked for an iron and they provided it immediately. AC was enough during my stay, I am not sure about very hot days.

Cons:

1. Pillows and blankets are old, washed many times and lost their quality
2. Matress was not comfortable
3. There was no cofee maker or fridge in the room
In general it doesn't look at 4 star hotel based on facilities but can be a fabioulous 3 star.

Pros:

I love staying at this hotel because of its proximity to all that I want to do in Berlin. Breakfast before going out for the day is excellent and the bar is very good for drinks after being out most of the days.

Cons:

Having complementary bottled water available would be appreciated.

Pros:

O local é excepcional, fácil acesso aos principais pontos de turismo. Restaurante próximos, mercado.

Cons:

Estava tudo muito bom. O quarto não é tão grande e não tem frigobar, mas para nós estava ótimo.
