Pros:

Huge apartment, very clean, and everyone was friendly. The Spa and Salon were excellent — I highly recommend trying the spa here. It is very private and has everything you need to truly relax. Will return!

Great value for money and helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

The friendliness of all staff, the nice apartment and the good food in the restaurant.

Cons:

Warm water was not available in the shower. The breakfast selection was a bit on the low end for such a hotel. In particular, as muesli and bananas were not available every morning. The service in the restaurant was way too slow, having to wait for orders for more than 45 min up to an hour sometimes.

My stay was fantastic 🙏 in two months time I will my family .
Pros:

Every thing was perfect, good customer 100% the beautiful lady who worked on Sunday 3/5/2026 deserves a medal she’s so sweet😍 and ladies in the restaurant 👍, the guards🙏

The bathroom is too small I hit my head on the bathroom handle ( I mean the inside bathroom handle)

Great stay, it was my second time- no regrets
Pros:

The staff are friendly, the apartment is big. Soundproof and beds comfortable.

The room was big.

Cons:

The property itself I felt like the maintenance could have a little bit more improvement.. our hallway light was out.. So fine in our room at night time was pretty difficult. There is no AC.

Rooftop bar was closed. I waited over an hour for my steak dinner. I will never stay here again!

Pros:

The staff, food, and location were amazing.

Cons:

Housekeeping was our only concern. On the first day, our room was not properly serviced — only the towels were changed. The bathroom rags were left wet and soaked, and no one refreshed them. Additionally, the fan was never serviced and remained extremely noisy throughout the night.
