-Non ci hanno inviato il PIN per ritirare la chiave della camera, abbiamo dovuto telefonare piu volte per avere risposta ed avere il PIN.
-Per il check-out ed il pagamento, la persona al banco non parlava una parola di inglese, rendendo la comunicazione veramente difficoltosa.
-Struttura molto datata.

Einfacher und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Einfach und sauber. Zimmer sind schlicht, haben jedoch alle einen Balkon oder Terrassen Zugang.

Cons:

Bisschen muffiger Geruch in den Gängen. Da das Hotel schon älter ist.

Pros:

Op doorreis was de locatie goed te bereiken.
De kamer bood wat nodig is.

Cons:

Bij aankomst was er niemand bij de receptie tijdens openingstijden.
Na wachten, hebben we uiteindelijk opgebeld, en zijn toen met aanwijzingen via telefoon, goed binnengekomen.

Een flesje water op de kamer zou gastvrijer en vriendelijker zijn.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und den Aufpreis wert.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten entlang der Straße waren gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer, das nicht den Bildern entsprach, die zumindest auf den vorderen Bildern der Unterkunft ersichtlich sind. Es gibt demnach wohl auch renovierte Zimmer. Die Ausziehcouch war unangenehm beim Schlafen.

Cons:

Verschrikkelijke ervaring. Mijn vrouw, die 5 maanden zwanger is, en ik kwamen aan en werden verwacht te overnachten in een kamer die ronduit smerig was. Er zaten spinnen en spinnenwebben in het bed, en de hele kamer was vuil en slecht onderhouden. Het leek eerder op een horrorfilm dan op een hotelkamer.

Toen we de receptie om een oplossing vroegen, kregen we te horen dat dit "normaal" was. Dat is totaal onaanvaardbaar. Omdat we ons hier absoluut niet veilig of comfortabel voelden, wilden we meteen vertrekken en een ander hotel boeken.

Toen we vroegen om een terugbetaling, verwees men ons simpelweg door naar Booking.com, zonder enige verantwoordelijkheid te nemen of een oplossing aan te bieden.

Tot op heden is er nog geen enkele terugbetaling uitgevoerd.

Ik raad dit hotel absoluut niet aan. Slechte hygiëne, slechte service en totaal geen begrip voor de situatie van de gasten.

De foto's zeggen genoeg.

Petit hôtel nostalgique, nous avons super bien dormis grâce aux volets et lits confortables. Pour un prix très correcte.
