Chlorine smell in pool
Pros:

It's safe, the convenience of breakfast and hot cocoa at night. The snacks that are available to purchase

Cons:

The pool smell. Extremely bad chlorine smell, couldn't enjoy with the grandkids and the lack of supervision of minor children running soak and wet thru the lobby and front desk says nothing. My poor grand daughter slipped on the puddle

Overall, ok stay, but not worth the high price.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the lounge was useful when our flight arrived before check in time.

Cons:

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The price for one night was nearly $400, which is way too much for such a small room. Nothing super fancy about the room for that price. Breakfast was not free.

OK if you Don't Need a Shower after 6PM.
Pros:

Visiting family in Flushing so this was convenient and I like Bonvoy hotels. Hotel is reasonably convenient to LGA. Hotel is showing some wear but it was clean and price was reasonable. Food is available but expensive and very limited menu and times open. Biggest complaint: don't take a shower in the evening as water is lukewarm at best. Hot in morning. I think I will stay elsewhere in future. Hint: make sure your room is on backside of hotel as noise on the front from Interstate 495 is bad.

Stay was okay but could be as per expectation.
Pros:

Staff were good except the beard man who signed us in who had no smile and very non cooperative.

Cons:

There was no complimentary water bottles in the room. Each time I had to go downstairs to grab water. I showed them and told them room no for appropriate charges regardless they charged or not. There was no prices shown next to products by the side of the receiption area.
It was not big enough for 3 adults. I had to send my son to another hotel.

Horrible
Pros:

The hotel is very far from the airport. Also, the carpets are very old smelly and nasty. The only thing that was nice was the downstairs reception and I think his name is usman he was the best everyone else horrib this hotel doesn’t have breakfast. You can’t even have breakfast even though we paid for breakfast.

Cons:

Carpet are old not worth it for 300 a night
