Wenig kundenfreundlich!

Das Hotel liegt zentral.

Cons:

Als wir am Abend angereist sind, funktionierte als erstes die Schließfunktion der Tür nicht, d.h. sie hat sich von außen nicht verschlossen, nachdem wir das Zimmer verlassen hatten. Ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat uns dann ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Dies dauerte allerdings ca. 15 Minuten, in denen wir im Flur warten mussten. Da wir noch etwas vorhatten, verspäteten wir uns. Das war sehr unangenehm. Als wir dann später in unser Zimmer kamen, funktionierte der Fernseher nicht, somit konnten wir auch kein W-Lan nutzen.
Die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren ebenfalls defekt.
Ich habe das Hozel mehrmals per E-Mail kontaktiert und bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral

Cons:

​Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund sehr guter Erfahrungen vor zwei Jahren erneut gebucht, wurden diesmal jedoch schwer enttäuscht.

​Kritikpunkte:
​Klimaanlage & Hygiene: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte bei 33 °C Außentemperatur nicht. Der Griff des Haartrockners war zudem komplett verklebt.
​Zimmerservice: Bei zwei Übernachtungen wurden weder das Zimmer gereinigt noch das Bett gemacht.
​Zimmerschlüssel: Nachts funktionierte der Badge nicht. Über die Notfallnummer erhielten wir nach Rückfrage zwar einen Code, der Service war jedoch sehr uninformiert aber freundlich.
​Frühstück & Service: Beim Check-in erhielten wir für 2 Personen nur 2 Vouchers (wir gingen von 1 Voucher pro Tag/Zimmer aus). Beim Frühstück wurden wir deswegen vom Personal äußerst unfreundlich angegangen. Es gab kaum Personal, und das Geschirr musste selbst abgeräumt werden.

​Schade – der Standard hat im Vergleich zum vorherigen Aufenthalt extrem nachgelassen.

Das Doppelbett ist nur zusammen geschoben also verrutscht es wenn man sich nachts viel dreht. Das fand ich persönlich störend.
