Pros:

It was cheaper getting a taxi and room in Pattaya for one night than it was for getting a different hotel in Bangkok after I was let down last minute.

Cons:

Wasn't a fantastic room but was ok AC was a bit loud but only there one night.

Best hotel at best rates.
Pros:

Hotel is clean, best location, cooperative staff at best price.

Cons:

All good for this hotel. If i visit pattaya again will stay here only.

Stay would had been super if overnight clerk gave a crap about hotel guests.
Pros:

convenience to all the nightlife and cafes.

Cons:

The night clerk from 10pm to 8am was useless. I needed shower towels one night, she wouldn't give me any. She pointed to the market up the street and told me to go buy a towel. I didn't know there was cups in the kitchen. I asked her for glasses, she advised me to go buy cups, and there was cups in the kitchen. I even asked her to call a taxi for me, she said she don't know none and to wait on her relief to call a taxi. It was very important to leave early. I got back to my hometown in the USA later than I should had because of this uncooperative night clerk. She needs training or something.
