Pros:

La struttura è bellissima incastonata in un palazzo storico..

Cons:

Parcheggio pubblico vicinissimo ma con disco orario, per fortuna dalle 19.00 cessa l'obbligo di massimo due ore di sosta

Pros:

Posizione a dir poco ottima, camera insonorizzata e ampia, letti molto comodi, tv smart in ogni ambiente, self check-in comodo e smart, bellezza generale della struttura.

Cons:

Colazione buona ma poca scelta, frigobar rumoroso di notte (risulta necessario staccarlo). Un peccato, perché rovina la silenziosità notevole della camera.

Ottima struttura con piccole cose da migliorare
Pros:

Decentrato rispetto a Parma, ha però un'ottima pozione e location artistica e sulle colline. Le camere hanno un'ottima dotazione da albergo 4 stelle e più. Letto comodo, addirittura Dyson in camera, distributore acqua, bollitore e tisane nelle parti comune, brioche tutte cose carine che suppliscono alla mancanza di un bar o di personale interno che compare a colazione. Buona colazione dolce e salata. Personale molto cortese e professionale

Cons:

potrebbe essere migliorata l'accensione dei sensori della luce nelle parti comuni, per risparmiare qualche euro ci si ritrova nel corridoio delle parti comuni nel buio più totale per 3/4 secondi. Toglierei pure i seggiolini bimbi dal corridoio che occupano spazio, più adatti ad un ristorante giro pizza che ad un hotel che vuole ed ha un certo livello. Lascia perplessa la stufetta elettrica e il ventilatore a pavimento (rotto!?). Se dovessero servire d'inverno si portano non ad agosto lasciati lì ad intralciare in una bella camera

Bene, ma non benissimo.
Pros:

Bella location, ben curata nell'arredamento. Camere molto spaziose e silenziose. Interessante la presenza di un attrezzo ginnico (vogatore). Materasso molto comodo.
La struttura ha grandi potenzialità da sfruttare.

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato una pulizia poco curata: sul pavimento c'erano polvere e peli di animale (rimasti attaccati in grande quantità alle calze di mia moglie). Polvere ce n'era anche in altre zone come il bordo della televisione o la testiera del letto.
La colazione non ci ha soddisfatti a pieno, forse perché l'abbiamo immaginata ricca e varia come nella puntata della trasmissione "Quattro Hotel". In realtà abbiamo trovato poca scelta.

Pros:

Excellent location in a beautiful little town. The surroundings have a beautiful park, old castle, great views.
Staff was very welcoming and warm.
Great for a shorter stay.
Breakfast was also quite good.

Colazione poco ricca e poco varia, non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non potessi modificare la temperatura del condizionatore,avendoci provato più volte e che appena aprivo la porta del bagno dopo la doccia questo si spegneva.
