Would reccomend to anyone, the staff Hannah and Bling were amazing and very welcoming.
Pros:

Hannah and Bling were amazing! They were helpful with all reccomendations and were kind enough to help book our transfers to Ninh Binh for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would reccomend to anyone looking to situate themselves in a good location for getting into the Old Quarter without it being too busy. Lovely quiet street as well!

The staff were incredible. Hannah was amazing, friendly, super helpful and Kevin was polite and always engaging. The location was perfect to all tourist locations and so close to the market and lake. It was safe and nothing was a bother. If you want close proximity and friendly helpful staff definitely stay here

Cons:

The room was smaller than I thought I had booked, and our room with a view was not what I expected. The pool was at another location but literally 5mins walk. The place is a little dated, and if you like hard beds, then you would be happy.

Friendliest hotel staff ever and excellent location.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. Right in the middle of the old quarter, but the best is surely the attention and personalized care of the hotel team, especially Kevin and Hanna, who were so helpful through all our stay. Really remarkable customer service and friendliness.

Das Hotel kann man schon buchen, für den Preis gibt es aber bestimmt bessere Hotels.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Leider sieht das Zimmer anders aus. Das Zimmer Vorallem das Bad ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist auch nicht in diesem Hotel.

We booked because of the swimming pool. It's a great pool on the 10th floor, but it is NOT at the hotel... It is a short walk away in another hotel and we could go there as often as we wanted.
