Hotel SIN piscina
Pros:

El trato del personal fue excepcional.

Cons:

Este hotel se anuncia con piscina y lo reservé teniendo esto en cuenta. Sin embargo, el hotel NO TIENE PISCINA, simplemente te ofrecen ir a la piscina de otro hotel, que supongo que es del mismo dueño, que está a 5 minutos caminando. En este aspecto me sentí estafado.

Pros:

Great value for money for a room with a balcony overlooking Hoan Kiem lake!
The staff were really exceptional here. They build rapport, they assist with every need, even anticipating what you might need too! I was honestly impressed by their level of service. Would not hesitate staying here again.
Location - just across Hoan Kiem lake, this is a perfect spot for a stay in Hanoi. Mixue is just across the hotel, while King Roti is just about 100m away.
Room - sufficient lighting, cool air conditioning, and it has a balcony for great views.

Cons:

Though advertised as having their own pool, it actually is in another property of theirs roughly around 350m away. Nonetheless, the pool was good and had a nice view of Hoan Kiem lake. Towels are provded and there is also a shower area.

Pros:

His hotel is in a great location. Super central. The ladies at the front desk (Pling & Hanna) were helpful and informative. They suggested a couple of amazing restruants and even helped me order my first Grab Bike.
This hotel was quiet, even though it was in a central location. I could even see the lake from my room!

Pros:

La posizione è perfetta, centrale e vicino a tutto

Cons:

La piscina è in un altro hotel, la camera non è stata rifatta, quando abbiamo chiesto di rifarla l’hanno fatto davvero male.

Le personnel vraiment top
L’hôtel est vraiment situé en face du lake donc vraiment au centre
À la réception on vous donne un plan super sympa et explicatif pour visiter la ville.
Les visites à proximité peuvent se faire à pied

Cons:

Pros:

Vị trí khá thuận tiện và gần bờ hồ kem THỦY TẠ, ngồi ở phòng khách sạn cũng nhìn ra được Hồ Gươm. Nhân viên thì sởi lởi, thân thiện chào đón khách, nhiệt tình, vì nhân viên tôi có thể quay lại khách sạn lưu trú cho lần tiếp theo.

Cons:

Hồ bơi phải đi sang tòa khác nên muốn đi bơi hơi ngại đi.

Cons:

Het hotel is helaas niet (meer) zoals op de foto’s. De kamers zijn duidelijk in gebruikte staat. Ook is er geen zwembad aanwezig, hiervoor moet je naar een ander hotel lopen, evenals geen ontbijt aanwezig zoals op foto’s. Erg gehorig door straat, festival startte om 04.50 met luidde muziek.

Personnel très agréable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité du vieux quartier et offre une vue vu sur une partie du lac depuis le bar rooftop.
