The use of the SPA has an extra cost of €25 per person, the circuit lasts 1 hour. Prior reservation is required at reception. We provide a bathrobe and towel on loan. The use of a swimsuit, flip flops and a pool cap is mandatory.

Het hotel ligt tegen een berg tussen de wijngaarden en is goed bereikbaar. De ontvangst was keurig en correct. De kamer is wat ons betreft iets te ver doorgeschoten qua styling. Op het bed na, is alles achter platen board 'verstopt', zodat het allemaal heel strak ingericht moet lijken, Voor ons hoeft dat niet, maar smaken verschillen. Het bed was prima, de kamer was schoon. Het ontbijt was goed en compleet. De bediening in de bar en het restaurant was teleurstellend.
Het diner viel ons zwaar tegen. Wij bestelde van het menu een entrecote en dat kwam er ook, maar meer dan een stukje vlees lag er niet op het bord. Geen groenten, geen frites, geen saus, helemaal NIETS!
Omdat er toch ook wel veel buitenlanders komen mag je van de bediening toch wel verwachten dat zij iets Engels kunnen spreken. Er was totaal geen communicatie mogelijk en wij hadden de indruk dat de serveerster zelfs bang was om iets tegen ons te moeten zeggen of vragen. Graag het personeel beter instrueren en opleiden om met gasten om te kunnen gaan.

Hier war die Bedienung unmotiviert eher unfreundlich.
Auch das Essen war höchstens durchschnittlich mit kleinen Portionen.
Wir hatten zur Vorspeise die "Spargeln mit Sauce" bestellt. Es gab dann auf einem grossen Teller eine (1) dicke weisse Spargel, welche nicht geschält in etwa 8 Stücke zerschnitten und aufgestellt und mit Sauce übergossen wurde. Kostete 12Euro!!! und war gar nicht fein. (siehe Bild im Anhang)

Me gustó la localización, la decoración y los servicios que ofrecían.
Las camas son muy incómodas y en la carta del hotel faltaba variedad.
El trato del personal de la cafetería
El hotel en sí es un quiero y no puedo, las habitaciones no están mal de tamaño pero los baños y el mobiliario son incómodos y nada funcionales, están mal hechos y cutres, pero te lo venden como moderno ?! No hay ni smart TV ni nada que reseñar positivamente de la habitación. La bodega no tiene ningún atractivo, ni tampoco las instalaciones, está en un pueblito bastante feo y sin absolutamente nada que hacer, no lo recomiendo para nada, hay cientos de destinos en La Rioja muy bonitos como para perder el tiempo en este.
La habitación es cómoda y luminosa.
La presión del agua no iba bien. Al spa le falta mantenimiento. Algunas partes no funcionaban bien. El masaje es muy caro para lo que supone. El descontracturante demasiado fuerte y el relajante demasiado flojo.
Mooie plek, bijzonder hotel erg mooi. Tussen de wijnvelden heerlijk wandelen. Ontbijt wad na het miserabele diner dan weer een verrassing.
Ondanks dat de dame vd receptie erg aardig was, is gastvrijheid verder weinig aanwezig. Voor een wijn- hotel verwacht je ook de beleving van tasting. De liefde voor hun product is nergens. Diner was bar slecht ondanks onze feedback is hier geen actie op genomen. Verder alles extra duur. Massage, gebruik vd Spa. Jammer heeft veel potentie maar ze maken er niets van.
La Ubicación junto a los Viñedos
El diseño de la habitación, era algo incómodo el uso de los servicios de ducha y el foco del baño, no funcionaba, lo reporte en recepción, pero no hubo una solución, terminé mi estadía de dos noches y seguía sin funcionar, el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear, destacó la atención de las camareras en el desayuno, muy atentas y muy cordiales, pero el bufet era muy limitado y con pocas opciones.

Si llueve no hay mucho que hacer sino estar en la habitación.
