Pros:

Great location and parking. Bed very comfortable. Nice and dark at night. Good pizza from downstairs.

Cons:

Pool being repaired so out of use.

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Room size was good, view of sea and harbour, small balcony.
Daily free water. Fresh towels daily.
Location to the city was excellent - restaurants and shops.
Staff very helpful and service minded.

Cons:

We did not like the bathroom glass walls.
The restaurant had a cold atmosphere, canteen like decor, food tasteless.
We had dinner once. We did not have breakfast.

Great location and nice pool but poor aircon
Pros:

Lovely foyer and pool is very nice. Great location

Cons:

Aircon fixed at 22 degrees (too warm). Staff told us it would cool down but it never did. Lovely pool but have to pay to use it

Pros:

Very nicely sides room with a balcony which you could see the sea from. Friendly staff who helped us with good local restaurant recommendations on our first night.

Cons:

The aircon does not work until the summer season and our room was a little hot for us (>26 on arrival) but easily fixed by opening the door.

Pros:

Todo genial, permitieron dejar mis maletas ya que llegamos muy temprano y también nos dejaron hacer el check in ni bien estuvo la habitación disponible. El día que nos íbamos nos dejaron también dejar la maletas ya que nuestro vuelo salía muy tarde. La habitación muy bien y el personal muy amable. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Recomendado!

Cons:

No es que no me haya gustado pero como sugerencia ya que el clima en primavera es muy lindo sería reconsiderar tener disponible la piscina no solamente en verano. Sería un plus tenerla disponible los días de mucho calor en primavera también.

Conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, shops etc.

Hotel staff were helpful to accede to our request to cancel one night stay without penalty in view of a medical emergency that requires us to depart earlier than expected.

Cons:

Disappointed that the room with ocean view which we paid for did not have much of an ocean view - we could only see dockyard with boats and buildings with bright lights from our balcony.

Hotellet lever ikke op til de forventninger der stilles i udsigt på booking.com

Intet ud over beliggenheden ved vandet og tæt på shopping street.

Cons:

Poolen var lukket trods 25 grader og sol. Den er åbenbart kun åben i sommerhalvåret (hvad det så er). Det er tilsyneladende "standard" med lukket pool for nabohotellets pool var også tom for vand. Ringe at Booking.com ikke gør opmærksom på det. Morgenmaden var ok, men stolene var ulækre. Nappa på sæderne var slidt af og stofbetræk på ryglæn var møgbeskidte. Man havde ikke lyst til at sidde på dem. Hotellet virker lidt backpacker-agtigt - intet galt i det, men det var ikke hvad vi troede vi købte. Vi tjekkede ud efter 1 overnatning og fandt et andet hotel.
Selvom hotellet ligger lige ved vandet er der ingen strand.

Pros:

Convenient as just at the back of Chilsungro street with shopping and food. A good place to wind down after driving to Seogwipo and other attractions dueing the day.

Cons:

Hotel door is heavy, and tend to slam hard and create noise.
