Pros:

Недорого, отзывчивый и аккуратный персонал. Новый фасад, рядом есть сауна и ресторан, где можно перекусить. Ресторан работает до поздна. Видно, что идут работы по обновлению гостиницы, двора и прилегающих территорий. Снаружи имеет вполне благопристойный вид.

Cons:

Номера не мешает обновить, т.к. мебель и ремонт явно из ранних 2000-ных. Это немного портит впечатление. Расположение пусть и достаточно удобное и можно быстро выбраться в город, окрестности портят впечатление от проживания. Рядом трамвайное депо и другие постройки хозяйственного направления так, что лучше выбираться от туда на машине, о прогулках можете забыть, ну или смиритесь с тем, что минут 15 вам придётся идти без особых красот по сторонам. Завтраки не мешает сделать более разнобразными.

Pros:

При гостинице есть платный бассейн и там много стоит автомобилей, клиентам гостиницы негде парковаться, администратор сказал когда вечером все разъедутся потом поставите. Вход в бассейн для клиентов ща отдельную плату.

Cons:

Номер грязный засаленный, плафоны оторваны, телефон не работает, ручка в туалете сломана, санузел грязный, полотенца изношены. На окнах нет москитной сетки . Шумоизоляции нет вообще. Сантехника бежит.

Pros:

Хорошие завтраки, чистый и комфортный отель, а также очень заботливый персонал. Очень вкусная кухня в шашлычной возле отеля, рекомендую!

Pros:

Не в первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, любимый отель при поездках в Астану. Цена соответствует качеству для семьи. Хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Немного уже уставший ремонт, пора его обновить. Однажды ночевали в нем зимой, в номере было прохладно.

Pros:

Расположение, мест для машин много. Разнообразие завтраков небольшое, но голодными точно не останетесь. Кофе есть нормальный👍🏼

Cons:

Ну уже все старенькое. Не хотели нас кормить, потому что мы опоздали на 3 минуты. Но! Пообсуждали между собой и Покормили, благодарим.

Местоположение конечно не центр, но если приезжать на машине, то вполне нормально. Персонал очень хороший, вежливый и отзывчивый.

Не о чем !!!!
Cons:

Не понравилось расположение, территория не осношена ничем для детей , одна лавка на солнце , везде пыль на улице, леска не видно , камеры отслова вообще не работают , нам стукнули машину , на что хозяйка сказала ну извините камеры не работают, за такую цену честно не приятно . В номерах все на соплях , темно в номерах , телевизор не пашет вообще , вообщем скукота полная ! Больше никогда там останавливаться не будем ! Про удобства стирки вообще молчу 🤦🏻‍♀️
