Everything esp the rooftop pool & sun area. Room very comfortable. Staff exceptional.

My husband and I stayed at the Sant Jaume Design hotel the first night of our honeymoon. The hotel is located in the center of the city and is a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do our first day. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, the Saint Jaume design hotel was a hidden gem with luxurious atmosphere. We were able to completely relax with no noise from other guests or the city!

The staff was so warm and friendly and was able to recommend local restaurants and markets. We wanted to give a special shout out to Giovanna at the front desk, who was very lovely from check in to check out. We hope we can return in the near future!

From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was so warm, welcoming and genuinely accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special. Their attention to detail and exceptional service made all the difference.

The hotel itself is absolutely immaculate. Every area was impeccably clean, beautifully designed and maintained to the highest standard. The rooftop terrace is stunning – the perfect place to relax, with a lovely small pool and a peaceful atmosphere.

Breakfast was another highlight. There was an amazing selection with so much variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the heart of Palma, within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and the city’s main attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend Sant Jaume Design Hotel to anyone visiting Palma. Thank you to the entire team for making our special trip so memorable – we can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel, central location. Bright spacious rooms with comfortable beds and all the amenities expected from 5 star hotel. Very helpful/knowledgeable reception staff, greeted on arrival with a nice refreshing drink. GM Andrea went above and beyond to make sure all guests were enjoying their stay.

Everything was excellent about this hotel. The location was perfect, a quiet street centrally located in the Old Town. We had an incredible experience and felt very well looked after. The rooms were spacious, well presented and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The team provided the best customer service that we have experienced on all our travels. An extra special mention for Giovanne and Piera, who were so friendly and efficient, and genuinely couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend the Sant Jaume. Thank you so much.

A wonderful experience. Top quality in all departments. Our extra add-on is that my husband has alzheimers. I had pre-warned the hotel that some of his behaviour or comments may be slightly different. A particular stand out was during breakfast where my husband would approach the tea/coffee machine or the buffet table. Someone would just appear at his side guiding his choices and clearing away the debris. Reception were particularly helpful with suggestions and sorting out a transfer problem. We slept for 12 hours - such comfy beds.

The hotel is very clean, boutique concept. The service is outstanding, the staff are willing to answer any questions.
They even provide you a map and show you how to get to key places. They also have a nice list of restaurants they recommend, depending on your preferences. Mark on the front desk was extremely attentive to any of our needs. The rooms are very comfortable and overall a very nice choice while staying in the heart of Palma.

After a wonderful stay at Can Aulí Hotel in Pollença, we were excited to stay at their sister hotel, Sant Jaume, in Palma.

I hadn’t actually realised I’d booked two hotels from the same group when making the reservations, maybe I have a type!

What a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious, especially considering its location right in the heart of Palma’s Old Town. We loved being within walking distance of all the main sights and, thanks to the heat during our stay, we made full use of the fantastic rooftop pool.

Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options to choose from each morning. The staff really elevated our experience with their warm hospitality and excellent recommendations for places to visit, eat, and drink.

The area felt very safe in the evenings and is surrounded by great bars and restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

When we return to Palma, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location on a quiet street just a few steps from everything. Hotel staff we t out of their way to make our stay special. Mark provided concierge advice on dining, sightseeing, and shopping that was excellent. An hour at the pool/spa, which is included, allowed us to refresh ourselves. Great hotel, great staff — will recommend.
