Nasty room smell
Pros:

Terrible smelling room. Mildew/Mold. Smell became so intense as the shower/bathroom was used. Truely disgusting

Gem of a boutique hotel
Pros:

What a gem of a boutique hotel in a perfect location in the center of Palma. The service, room, and amenities were fantastic and so easy to get from one major attraction to another from here. Truly was a lovely stay here and so glad we found it.

Perfect stay in a lovely city.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sant Jaume in Palma. The setting was peaceful and calm and in the beautiful Old Town near to everywhere, but set apart too. Super clean and lovely room with balcony and really comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.
Staff were amazing and attentive and we stayed for 4 nights which allowed us enough time to explore Palma and have a restful time. Great recommendations for restaurants.
A lovely roof terrace with a plunge pool and deckchairs overlooking the rooftops of Palma was a perfect way to unwind. We would highly recommend.

Perfect location & amazing staff!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the Sant Jaume Design hotel the first night of our honeymoon. The hotel is located in the center of the city and is a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do our first day. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, the Saint Jaume design hotel was a hidden gem with luxurious atmosphere. We were able to completely relax with no noise from other guests or the city!

The staff was so warm and friendly and was able to recommend local restaurants and markets. We wanted to give a special shout out to Giovanna at the front desk, who was very lovely from check in to check out. We hope we can return in the near future!
