A perfect and ideal hotel in every way! A must stay. Highly highly recommended.
A minor thing, but would be nice to have a lounge bar (as nearby hotels do) as I would have spent evenings in it.

The property was amazing. The location was great. The rooms were very clean and good size. The restaurant food was decent for the price.
The pool and spa areas were extremely small. It was also a little off-putting that you needed to drive five minutes to park your car and pay another $25 a day. So, bottom line, the nightly rate was pretty high for what you got.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jaume. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh lemonade and given a lovely introduction to the city, which was such a thoughtful personal touch. Our bags were even taken straight to our room.
The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Palma’s beautiful Old Town. Everything is within easy reach, including the cathedral, fantastic shopping, fabulous restaurants and cocktail bars. The beach is also only around a 20-minute walk away.
Our room was beautifully comfortable, spacious and had a lovely large bathroom. We also enjoyed room service, and the pancakes were particularly delicious!
What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the staff. A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it!
Nothing to dislike! We had a fantastic stay and genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel, the staff or the service. If anything, we just wish we’d stayed longer!

I booked a suite, but they call a suite is just a normal hotel room. Not worth the price.
as soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff members ( Alex,Mark and Althea - I hope I am not misspelling their names). Mark was wonderful and explained in details and provided all tips and advice about the city and gave a list of recommended restaurants in the area ( he also provided a map and showed us main city attractions).
The hotel staff made sure to put the right suitcases in the right room. The rooms were very spacious ,clean and comfortable. The hotel location was amazing in the middle of old palma downtown. everything was within walking distance.
I Do not have anything to complain about but if i had any comment it would be that the gym is very small and basic. But we spent all day out and about in palma so it was not a problem for me as did not have much free time to go.
We really enjoyed our staff at this beautiful hotel, well located in central Palma. The hotel was tastefully decorated and had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly. The rooftop sun bathing and plunge pool was great and there was a good bar and service

What was not to like
It was beautiful and cool…! Was very hot when we visited, but our room and the hotel was perfectly air conditioned. The staff were all super friendly, and they kept our room immaculate. The room was so comfortable, and they had lovely touches. They even left us glasses to watch the eclipse. Would definitely return to Sant Jaume. Oh and breakfast was first class too.
