The location is good for someone has car , it is next to many hiking spot , it has parking . The owner family are really good

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ansonsten eigentlich nichts.

Wir wurden fünf mal in der Nacht durch Feueralarm der Rauchmelder geweckt. Wir waren am morgen fix und fertig. Eine Entschuldigung für die mangelhaft gewartete Anlage vom Eigentümer erfolgte nicht.
Unser Zimmer war sehr kalt. Wir hatten gerade noch 18° im Zimmer. Sicherlich ist Sommerzeit und die Heizperiode vorbei, aber nach dem eine Woche schlechtes und kaltes Wetter war, war die Räume völlig ausgekühlt. Man hätte nur ein paar Stunden die Heizung einschalten können.und Das Problem wäre erledigt gewesen. Kein Zimmer hat einen Fernseher. Habe den Eigentümer darauf angesprochen, die lakonische Antwort war, steht ja bei Booking COM auch nicht drin. Bin letzten 40 Jahre viel gereist beruflich und privat und in jedem Zimmer war ein Fernseher drin , manchmal auch von bescheidene Qualität. Aber von einem Kunden zu verlangen, dass er sehr sorgfältig in einer Beschreibung recherchiert, ob das Normalste vom Normale enthalten ist ist unverschämt!
Aber das muss ich zwischenzeitlich rumgesprochen haben denn das relativ große Haus war auch außer einer kleinen Reisegruppe leer

Paisible et agréable séjour en pleine nature

Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui parlent très bien français.
Belle bâtisse entourée d’une nature extraordinaire.
Magnifique vue de notre chambre avec balcon, calme et repos assurés.
Bon petit déjeuner sucré - salé.
Chambre spartiate très propre et spacieuse.
Bonne literie.
Beaucoup de rangements.
WC séparés.
Possibilité de dîner, boire, voir avec les propriétaires.
Petit lac à 20 mn à pied, Innsbruck à 15 mn en voiture et un très bon restaurant italien Fratelli à Natters à 5 mn en voiture.

Cons:

Petite salle de bain sans aucune modernité mais propre.
On ne peut rien mettre en hauteur dans la douche.
Moquette dans la chambre.

Pros:

Il silenzio del posto, in piena campagna. Se volete uscire dal mondo è il posto giusto. Colazione buona senza eccellere.

Cons:

Camera rabberciata alla belle meglio (pavimento con buca coperto da moquette) e decisamente spoglia. Bagno al limite del decoroso. Prese elettriche del 1950 o giù di li. Rapporto prezzo qualità svantaggioso.
