Ayong from reception / guest service / bellhop service have NEVER been dissapointing. Ayong is very dedicated in his work GENUINELY and didnt ask for tips. Very honest..and very helpful. Management should promote him. Ayong is a true gem to your hotel. Guest will keep come back as long as wherever he works because he is really really helpful! Great job Ayong!!!
However drinks portion at FullMoon should be more for the price charged thou. Glasses offered too small for high price.
We were also shocked to be charged 50ribu each for any extra towel or pillow or even comforter. No other hotels have ever imposed this regulations. So please discontinue this charges as it will put guest off from coming again. Dissappointing.
Bedsheets and comforters have the damped smell. Gives me headache. Towels was not completely white and clean. Can do better in cleaning and hygiene. Fridge was not cold at all.
Breakfast was HORRIBLE! arrived at 8plus am and MOST of food is almost finish and no top up! Slow in ensuring utensils, food, coffee is top up. Service in food should be fast. Egg servers was not smiley at all. No enthusiastic. Restaurant Manager should be more attentive and ready. I would say no to breakfast spread as it was dissapointing! Food taste in warung is farrrr better i promise u. So please keep up fast before bad reviews keep coming in.

all of it, 1st thing 1st when i reached the hotel room its have a lot of mosquito, i told the front desk it have secharge 200ribu which around 15sgd, its not worth it. i even bought my own mosquito equipment from alfamart. i have a daughter 4months old. we asked none smoking room. but the room smells cigarette its kinda weird. ive been alot of hotels in Indonesia bali surabaya. didn't encounter this kind of thing. this is my 1st and the last im staying here. please boycot this hotel thank you they will keep asking for money! no hospitality at all
