Tout était parfait.
Pros:

Tous le personnel de l’hôtel a été au petit soin avec ma famille. Toujours disponibles et très professionnels sous la direction de Monsieur Said qui a vraiment été très chaleureux. Je le remercie particulièrement et je reviendrai sans doute très prochainement.

La courtoisie de tout le personnel, sa bienveillance, son écoute et son souci de répondre aux attentes du client. Le maître d’hôtel, Said, une personne extraordinaire qui est à nos petits soins, a l’écoute, bienveillant, dévoué, serviable et dépasse les attentes du client grâce à ses interventions. Le personnel du service à la clientèle de l’hôtel est toujours souriant et proactif pour satisfaire ses clients.

L’absence de buffet pour le soir comme pour le petit déjeuner le matin.
