I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Agdal. The hotel is welcoming, clean, and well-organized, but what made my experience truly special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

A special thank you to Insaf, Said, Oussama, and Hicham, who stood out for their helpfulness, courtesy, and attention to guests. At the reception, I appreciated the warm welcome and professionalism, while at the restaurant, the service was friendly and attentive, making every moment even more enjoyable.

It is wonderful to meet people who work with a smile and make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Congratulations to the entire team for their excellent work and outstanding hospitality!

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and friendly, helpful staff. I will definitely be happy to return! ❤️

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait ! Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Monsieur Saïd pour sa gentillesse, son accueil chaleureux, son professionnalisme et la qualité de son service. Il a été aux petits soins et a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

C’est un vrai plaisir de rencontrer des personnes aussi attentionnées et bienveillantes. Merci encore à lui pour tout !

التكيف ضعيف جدا" ، وعدم توفير مياه شرب في الغرفه ولو لأول يوم .. وتم اخباري بأن الماء مجاني في البار .. عندما ذهبت هناك طلبت كأس ماء قام الموظف بفتح اغلى قنينة ماء بسرعه واعطائي كأس وطلب مني 25 درهم ( تصرف وقح ) المفروض يقول لي بأن الماء ليس مجاني وسأحضر من الخارج 5 قناني ماء كبيره بنفس السعر

Da evitare se volete dormire bene!

La posizione vicino al centro ma in una zona tranquilla.

Cons:

In 20 anni di viaggi non ho mai dormito su un letto più scomodo di questo. Ogni mattina mi son svegliato male a causa della scomodità del letto. Gli infissi è come se non ci fossero, si sente ogni minimo rumore da fuori.

La colazione è poco varia e con prodotti dozzinali, all’arrivo non ci siamo trovati nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua e solamente due asciugamani da doccia.

Le camere non sono dotate di cassaforte.

Lo staff alla reception è praticamente impossibile da contattare via telefono, volevamo avvisare che saremo arrivati tardi hanno risposto dopo 2h di continue chiamate.

Inoltre non sono preparati per niente, all’arrivo ci han detto che non risultava la prenotazione di due camere separate, ho dovuto tirare fuori la prenotazione e fargliela vedere e dopo mezz’ora ha realizzato che avevano due camere.

Un excellent séjour à l’hôtel ibis Rabat Agdal ! L’hôtel est magnifique, agréable et très accueillant. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement M. Saïd, le maître d’hôtel, pour sa grande gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Il est particulièrement serviable, toujours attentif et prêt à aider avec le sourire. Son accueil et sa bienveillance ont vraiment rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’espère y revenir très bientôt.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel for one night. Everything was comfortable, and we really appreciated how kind and welcoming the staff were.
