A very positive experience
Pros:

A very positive experience here. Very good location close to the cathedral. The communication from the hotel beforehand was excellent. We hadn't realised that we needed a green emission sticker to drive into the centre of Aachen and the hotel gave us comprehensive instructions as to how to get one en route. Our trip would have been a disaster without this.

Pros:

Good room for the price ,clean and comfy bed. Bathroom clean, shower worked well. Easy booking in with an actual human. Walked from main train station and easy walk to pretty town centre. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff

Cons:

Area was not great for eating and drinking but no need with main square so close.

gute Lage, ansonsten nichts besonderes.
Cons:

Der Preis für zwei Doppelzimmer war viel zu hoch und unverhältnismäßig. Bei der frühzeitigen Buchung wurde ausgenutzt, dass zum Übernachtungszeitraum die Reit-WM in Aachen ist.

Ein Blick auf die Homepage einige Tage vor dem Termin zeigte, dass die Zimmer vom Hotel nun viel günstiger angeboten wurden. Mein Bedürfnis nach frühzeitiger Planungssicherheit wurde sehr enttäuscht. Ich fühle mich abgezockt. Das passiert mir nicht mehr.

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, conveniently located to visit Aachen
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable, clean and calm room and bathroom. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently. Substantial breakfast buffet. Convenient location next to city center and sights. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Alright, but could have been better
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, when I mentioned this on checkout, I simply got the answer 'OK' thinking that I'd been misunderstood I repeated the point and again simply got the answer 'OK'. No apology or suggestion that they'd try to avoid that happening in the future. Very poor customer service

Pleasant stay to discover the city and region. You can do a lot just by walking
Pros:

Nice city hotel for a pleasant stay and discover the city.

Cons:

All about the details: the room was perfect, clean but toilet paper was missing, shower soap as good as empty. To avoid I would say ;-)

Pros:

Personnel très sympa, literie confortable, très bon petit déjeuner d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Proche de l'hyper centre. Possibilité de se faire 1 café ou 1 thé dans la chambre.

Cons:

La gestion du parking (impossible de réserver le parking au moment de la réservation de la chambre et en arrivant assez tard, pas de place dispo. Or, ma voiture était pleine et les places dans la rue sont rare et payantes. J'avais choisi l'hôtel pour le parking, donc très déçue). Chambre sous les toits, accès au lit sous pente. Salle d'eau un peu petite.

Good location, nice clean budget hotel.
Pros:

Very clean and practical. Good location not far from the old town. Helpful and friendly check in process.
