One thing I would suggest is updating the breakfast information on Booking.com. The listing mentions that breakfast costs 31 MAD, but I was charged 80 MAD. The price itself is reasonable, but it would be better if the information on Booking.com matched the actual price to avoid confusion for future guests.m

Apesar da comunicação antes da reserva ser muito fraca, os funcionários são prestáveis e simpáticos. É um hotel já com alguma idade, em certo ponto está bem localizado. Mas sem duvida que o hotel necessita de algum investimento e melhorias. O pequeno almoço tem o basico, ovos mexidos com pouca qualidade, ovos cozidos... croissants, pouca fruta, alguns iogurtes, chá de menta, café um pouco fraco para o meu gosto. Tem depois umas panquecas feitas no momento, mas sem sombra de duvida que deve haver um maior investimento, bem como o jantar, sendo que há só duas opções disponiveis para as entradas, prato principal... Mas apesar disso, a comida estava boa. Apesar de conseguir utilizar o ginasio e os funcionarios terem acedido aos meus pedidos, acho que o horario de funcionamento deveria ser alargado, em vez de abrir às 10h e fechar às 19h, deverá abrir às 07h e fechar às 19h. Mas os quartos sao bons, sendo que no primeiro dia fiquei no 104 e consegui descansar, pois nao ouvia barulho vindo da rua, ja no ultimo dia fiquei no 320 e notava-se claramente uma diferença em termos de barulho, sendo que ouvia-se os carros a passar e as motas.. Mas é um bom hotel, precisa é de atenção e algum investimento

As toalhas da casa de banho, precisam de ser renovadas, nota-se que já estao encardidas mesmo após as sucessivas lavagens. Variedade no pequeno almoço.

Pros:

We were stayed 4 days in Hotel Ayoub, The room was big enough for 3 of us. Bed was comfortable, Reception staffs was great especially Kadija very helpful.

Cons:

Air conditioning not very cool but it was ok, Breakfast was same everyday, Not enough staff in the dining area, we have to ask every time for cutlery, napkins etc. If you provided at least tap water in dining table will be great. and also kettles in the room will be good.
