Pros:

I loved the staff they were so sweet and the valet service made my life so much easier and it was alot cheaper than parking in the public parking.

Cons:

Everything! The staff the hotel the area!!

The location was great.
Breakfast was awesome.
The staff was amazing and very nice especially the valet guys!!!

Cons:

The sofa sleeper was broken and we did not get the rooms I booked 6 months prior to our trip!!

It was a nice location. Unfortunately the rooms I had booked back in February were not the rooms we got.

The location is ideal. The breakfast was great.
Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The sofa sleepers definitely need to be replaced in some rooms. I sat down on the pullout and went straight to the floor. The bed was completely broke!!!

WOuld never stay again or recommend to anyone. Many more good and nice hotels to go to.

Not much!! Breakfast was just OKI. Food was semi warm.

Cons:

Business center moved and computer never worked. Had one day of wakeup call next two days didnt get. Then was told system doesnt work. Water PRESSURE sucked!

Bien situé, a 7mn de Bourbon street
Grande chambre, bien équipée
Enfin un petit déjeuner varié avec des vrais assiettes et couverts !

Cons:

Parking sur place, mais $60 pour le voiturier, en plus du prix de la chambre !
Matelas un peu dur
