Le petit déjeuner bien que ça manque de choix

Cons:

Que dire... Quartier sale voir dangereux... Et pour du Hilton c'est décevant draps déchirés et moquette aussi personnel franchement désagréable sauf Joseph qui nous a très bien accueilli merci a lui
Aujourd'hui j'ai eu attendre 25 min pour récupérer mes bagages avant de prendre mon avion il ne savait plus où ils étaient et cela les faisais rire... Franchement désagréable et nonchalant cela ne vaut pas son prix.
A savoir qu on a fait cinq autres Hilton et c'était beaucoup mieux

Poor customer service
Pros:

The location would have been good if rude receptionist didn’t cancel my room 6 hrs before arrival. In which the site stated payment due upon arrival!!!

Cons:

Receptionist had no compassion or showed empathy when I told her my card was locked and all I had to do was unlocked it… poor customer service

I like how friendly the that's front desk representatives.Where upon arrival, we were able to do early check in and the breakfast was good.It was a very central location, close to everything.Walking distance

Cons:

Are toilet flooded? One of the days and the stay we alerted the front desk staff.When we came back, the room still had the wet towels on the floor and it had not been fixed.The toilet had fixed itself. We did not have towels upon checky. And I think they definitely should re-up on the amount of towels to cover everyone in the hotel.

Pros:

The room was clean but it had an odor. I couldn't hear any noise while we were there. I'm so glad you had hot running water to take a shower. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

Too many charges on my card. $240 totaled after we paid for the price of the hotel for them to tell us we will be reimbursed later. That was $80 a night that was not mentioned on the website. Then we were charged $166 for parking after we checked out. They should have deducted that from the 240 they charged us for.

Well, to start off, I booked a two bed room, and I received a one bedroom with a couch that pulled out into a bed. Just wondered if you have ever tried to sleep on a hideaway bed. If you have in a hotel you will know that they are not very comfortable. I am sure that I booked a two queen.Size beds for my stay through booking dot com. And did not get what I ordered. But they was totally full and could not switch our rooms. Second of all booking.com. Got my name wrong. They put my last name first and my first name last. Which at the motel was no problem to fix. But when I got up Sunday to order Queen some day trips through booking. Dot com.My credit card did not work. I tried for over a hour and a half.Trying to book several different trips through booking dot com. I could not get hold of the bank until monday. I got up Monday and called the bank and they said that there was nothing wrong with my credit card. It had to be the site.I was on. So I looked at booking dot com, and they had again my last name first and first name last. I tried Monday for over 2 hours to get it changed. In order some tickets, but again booking dot com.Would not take my credit card. I left there and went out and tried to use my credit card. And I found that my credit card would not go through. So I called the bank again and they said that since I tried so many times to book a trip on booking dot com.That it canceled my card. They said that they would reinstate it.But they said that they would try a different site. So I tried expedia dot com. And I booked the trips that I wanted and never did have no problems. Do you have any idea how embarrassing it is to try to use your card out in a public place? And they tell you, i'm sorry, sir.But this card would not go through. It made me look like a person with no money. But Expedia, I had no problems with anything. I know finding good help is getting harder to do. But booking a room and not getting the room that you wanted.

Homewood Suites French Quarters Stay
Pros:

Great hotel to stay. Near Bourbon Street with great food options. I recommend this hotel as well as Mambo’s to eat. Definitely we stay here again on the next trip to Mew Orleans. Michael and staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating to any needs I had.

Pros:

The building is secure and needed a room key to get in (that said I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood), the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The concierge even pointed us to a GF restaurant not far away. They are perfectly located for food, things to see and easy transportation. The breakfast had so many options, I especially liked that there was almond milk and turkey sausage (alternatives to common allergies). The gym was very functional with free weights as well as a machine, and enough cardio equipment that you don't need to wait. The room was clean with everything you could need including a fully appointed kitchen. Complimentary laundry facilities are available, just bring soap.
