The parking was not good at all.

WE enjoyed our 2 day stay .
Pros:

We were allowed early check in at 2pm instead of 4 pm. The room is clean and had queen bed with corner view and 2 big windows had shutters.There is a small table with padded chair.The bathroom looks recently renovated . There is small safe inside the room but need to pay with credit card if used .The lobby at ground floor had a sofa set .There is a flavoredwater dispenser at lobby . Location is accessible about a mile to landmarks and easy to get an uber ride.It is located in a main street but not noisy . Next door restaurants include a Korean eatery , Subway ,and Starbuck .There is a park with benches a block away.

Cons:

The bathroom is lit up well in daytime even without turning on the light. At night though when lights are turned on , it also starts the loud blower in the bathroom .I suggest 2 separate light switches.

Could be much better for the price, and the issues that this poace has could be easily fixed if the management cared

The location is pretty good — there are several bus stops and a metro station nearby, lots of restaurants, and the main landmarks are 20-40 minutes walk.

Cons:

THE WORST BEDDING I EVER SLEPT ON. The pillows are flat and rock hard (I’m not exaggerating, they are impossible to sleep on), the mattress cover keeps slipping off the mattress, exposing it to your body (nasty). The AC is quite loud (although we kinda got used to it after the first night, but if you are a light sleeper — you won’t have any rest), and so is the fan in the bathroom. The wifi was pretty horrible. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels closer to the shower or to dry them, although there’s a whole empty wall by the shower where the hook could be easily placed. The tap in the bathroom sink was broken and kept spraying water all over the counter.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Loved the location and loved it not being a chain.

Cons:

One elevator was out, you had to go to the basement to get ice, vending machine didn’t work. Remote in our room didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv our entire stay.

Sometimes, the price point isn't worth the lack of investment by the establishment.
Pros:

The only thing going for this property is its location. Rooms are tiny and scuffed up with dated decor. I figured I'd book here given that I really only needed a bed for the night and didn't intend to spend much time in the room. Unfortunately I didn't fully take into account that I'd be sleeping there.

The bedding can't be much better than what I imagine they'd provide in prison. The pillows are disgusting, flat, and clearly old and overused. The full length mirror is six inches from the bed, so I could have looked like a hobbit from the thighs down, I couldn't tell. Water pitcher in the lobby leaked so there was water all over the tiled floor.

I checked on the reviews, guests have been complaining about the pillows for YEARS. PLEASE replace those pillows, they're nauseating.

Cons:

THE PILLOWS. Honestly, might be a ploy by management, because by keeping the focus on the pillows, I've forgotten everything else.
