Hôtel charmant avec quelques défauts
Pros:

La décoration est dans un style neo-baroque chaleureuse. Les chambres semblent neuves. On sent l’esprit du fondateur. Très mignon. L’isolation phonique est excellente. La literie très bonne.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il y ait des défauts pourtant faciles à corriger. le 1er point est le wifi qui ne fonctionne qu’avec la TV allumée. Très bizarre. Le petit déjeuner est un problème : il n’ouvre que à 8h30 (!). L’équipe est très longue à servir (surtout quand des gens de l’extérieur arrivent). Bref crispant. L’autre point est la froideur du personnel ( à part le jeune homme de l’accueil). Cela contraste avec la générosité de la deco. Un exemple : dire au revoir pour notre départ, nous demander si nous avons besoin d’un taxi… cela se fait dans tous les hôtels. Bref du bon (l’hôtel mérite le coup d’œil) et du moins bon. Attention à bien choisir sa chambre. La nôtre était super (avec le balcon) par contre évitez celle qui est au rez-de-chaussée et qui donne sur la cour du petit déjeuner.

Beautiful building in very central location, nice staff with positive attitude.

Central location. Recently renovated building. Nice interior design. Friendly and positive staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was not what you would expect from a popular brunch restaurant. We are not picky, but bread and croissants weren’t nice tasting. There were also main dishes missing (one day no yoghurt, the next no granola, the next no pancake option) as you can choose from couple of main dishes in addition to simple bread and fruit plate. Orange juice was fresh and nice though.
